As a seasoned observer of the glitz and glamour that is the red carpet, I must say, the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards was a spectacle to behold! The energy was electric, the fashion was fabulous, but most importantly, the love shared by these couples was palpable.

Kane Brown loves his family like he loves country music.

On the thrilling night of September 26, I, an unapologetic fanboy, found myself strolling the glamorous red carpet of the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards, held at the iconic Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee. Accompanying me on this star-studded evening was my beloved partner, the radiant Katelyn Jae Brown, my wife. However, our precious little ones were not with us for this grand occasion. Kane, who is the father of daughters Kingsley Rose (age 4) and Kodi Jane (age 2), along with son Krewe Allen (born in June), playfully admitted that he’s finding it challenging to get used to having a family of five.

Kane jokingly told TopMob News co-host Keltie Knight, “I’m no longer adored, but it seems like my son is stealing the affection of all the ladies now.

All jokes aside, the country singer is “excited” for his son’s—and his family’s—future.

Kane added, “I wish he takes interest in sports instead of music, which is quite prevalent in our lives. While it’s possible he could develop a passion for music, I sincerely hope he chooses to play baseball or basketball, among other sports. The same goes for my daughters; I have a soft spot for sports.

On September 26, an exciting event is scheduled, with Shania Twain as the host. This night promises to be significant for a 30-year-old individual, who will receive the Country Champion Award. This esteemed award, first bestowed upon Wynonna Judd in 2023, honors individuals who exhibit exceptional dedication to service and have made trailblazing contributions to the country music industry and beyond.

This year, the singer known as “Thank God” finds himself with much to be grateful for, having earned seven nominations and being in contention for The People’s Artist of 2024. Notably, both Zach Bryan and Beyoncé lead the pack with a total of 12 nominations each. Kacey Musgraves follows closely behind with ten nominations, while Morgan Wallen and Luke Combs garner nine and eight nominations respectively.

Additionally, Kane was slated to perform before a lineup of talented musicians such as Keith Urban, Kelsea Ballerini, Lady A, Parker McCollum, The War & Treaty, Brad Paisley, and Miranda Lambert, who is being honored with the Country Icon Award.

Regardless of the number of awards Kane receives tonight, it’s clear he will be one of the evening’s major award recipients. However, the singer can’t help but reflect on how much he’s achieved since his humble beginnings in country music and the feelings of self-doubt (impostor syndrome) he experienced along the way.

In 2023, Kane expressed to Today that every experience he endured played a significant role in shaping his life up to this point. He is genuinely proud of those experiences, acknowledging that many were challenging and uncertain. However, he believes that these trials have been instrumental in molding him into the person he is today.

In his words, it fortified me, instilled a desire to help others, fostered humility within me, and swelled my pride in both myself and my origins.
