Kanye West and Bianca Censori are standing together in opposition to a dentist who they claim has led to the rapper developing an addiction to nitrous oxide.
The couple, who faced split speculations in April yet seem united lately, have levied charges of medical negligence against Dr. Thomas Connelly, as indicated in a letter of intention to sue drafted by their lawyers at Golden Law.
The document acquired by TopMob News on May 1 alleges that Connelly provided West with excessive amounts of anesthetic during his cosmetic dental procedures between the years 2024 and 2025. This reportedly left him struggling to cope with a severe addiction he had inadvertently developed.
In simpler terms, the lawyers accused Connelly of frequently providing or administering nitrous oxide (also known as laughing gas) and possibly other sedatives to a person named Ye, without a valid dental or medical reason. Moreover, it was alleged that Connelly even delivered large tanks of nitrous oxide to Ye’s home, including the residence he shared with Ms. Censori, making it easy for Ye to inhale the gas outside of any professional medical setting.
West and Censori’s legal team claimed that Connelly showed Ye (the Grammy winner) how to self-administer nitrous oxide, and even allowed him access to the gas when he began displaying troubling neurological symptoms and unusual behavior, which were indicative of overuse.
Moreover, they claimed that Connelly gave West a substance akin to propofol, an intravenous sedative, and released him without ensuring his overall health or fitness.
Due to your actions, he endured severe psychological and bodily torment that required immediate medical attention, as stated by his legal team in their correspondence to Connelly. It’s clear that your behavior was careless, extremely careless, and potentially dangerous, and some might argue it was deliberate and harmful.
Instead of experiencing a happy marriage, she had to endure Ye’s declining physical and mental health, as per the couple’s statement to Connelly. They also had to take on the difficult task of caring for him during very troubling times.
The statement continues by noting that while Ye is focused on restoring his health and creative pursuits, these repairs are piling up.

West and Censori’s legal representatives stated that the 47-year-old has experienced both neurological damage and physical injury as a result of long-term exposure to nitrous oxide, in addition to severe psychological trauma and emotional distress.
In their letter to Connelly, the lawyers of the Yeezy founder stated that due to your actions, Ye developed an addiction to nitrous oxide, a condition he wouldn’t have faced otherwise. This induced addiction has and will continue to cause him pain, suffering, and major disruptions in his life as he works towards recovery.
Regarding Censori, it was stated that she has been denied the emotional comfort, practical aid, marital bond, and partnership of her spouse during this period.
Instead, she endured seeing Ye experience physical and mental struggles rather than living a harmonious married life. Their statement to Connelly mentioned that they were required to provide care for him during highly distressing situations.
They noted that the expenses keep growing while Ye focuses on restoring his health and creative pursuits.

In a post that has since been removed, West penned, “To set the record straight: My wife, who is commonly searched globally and known as Earth’s most sought-after individual, goes by the name of KANYE WEST.
