Kanye West Wanted to Investigate the Kardashians, Ex-Employee Alleges

As a former military veteran who has seen my fair share of turbulent situations, I can’t help but feel a sense of deja vu when it comes to the ongoing legal battles surrounding Kanye West. It seems that no matter where he goes or who he associates with, drama seems to follow him like a shadow.

Kanye West is facing another legal battle.

Currently, there’s a claim being made by a supposed ex-employee who alleges that the rapper requested him to investigate the family of Kim Kardashian, his former wife.

In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles on October 10 and obtained by TopMob News, the plaintiff named John Joe asserts that during his role as the rapper’s “intelligence director,” his responsibilities involved investigating allegations of criminal connections within the Kardashian family, as well as claims of suspected sex trafficking they were linked to, according to Ye.

TopMob News attempted to get a response from representatives of both Kanye and the Kardashian-Jenner family, but have yet to receive any feedback.

In the court case, an individual referred to as John Doe alleges that a well-known rapper employed him towards the end of 2022, with responsibilities such as conducting inquiries. These investigations reportedly included cases involving lawyers and parties who had filed lawsuits against Kanye.

According to the allegations, the music producer asked Doe not only to look into the Kardashian-Jenners but also secretly hired private detectives to track his current wife, Bianca Censori, during her solo trips to visit family in Australia. This was done without her knowledge.

Kanye has been in wedlock with Bianca since December 2022. Their marriage took place less than two months following his divorce from Kim, the mother of his children North West (age 11), Saint West (age 8), Chicago West (age 6), and Psalm West (age 5).

In his lawsuit, “Doe” claims he was told by a staff member of Kanye’s Donda Academy, a school established in 2021 and reportedly closed in June, that there had been instances of child abuse at the academy. He alleges that no corrective or reporting action was taken regarding this issue.

The man disclosed straightaway to the rest of the Yeezy management team about the report concerning the Donda students, and later in the day, Kanye himself phoned him, shouting, swearing, and threatening him with physical harm, even death, should he share this information again.

According to Doe, the rapper said to him, “You’re as good as dead to me!”, and later played a recording of ominous voices that threatened harm against him. He further mentioned that in the ensuing days and weeks, he received threats from Kanye’s associates as well.

According to the lawsuit filed by “Doe”, he claims Kanye retaliated against him due to his legal reports of law violations and his refusal to participate in unethical actions. This retaliation allegedly took the form of a series of threats, intimidation, and harassment, which resulted in significant emotional distress for him, worsening his PTSD that he developed as a military veteran. Consequently, this distress led to both emotional and financial harm.

The plaintiff adds that he is still owed wages for work done on Kanye’s behalf. He is seeking punitive and other damages relating to loss of earnings and a jury trial.

According to Doe, the rapper reportedly said to him, “You’re dead to me!” using offensive language, and additionally played a recording featuring intimidating voices that threatened harm. He further mentioned that in the ensuing days and weeks, he received threats from Kanye’s associates as well.

In the lawsuit he’s filed, “Doe” claims that Kanye took action against him, not because of any wrongdoing on his part, but due to his legitimate reports of legal violations and his unwillingness to participate in questionable practices. This response from Kanye included a series of threats, intimidation, and harassment, which caused “Doe” significant emotional distress and worsened his existing PTSD, a condition he developed as a military veteran. This ordeal resulted in both emotional and financial damage for him.

In addition, the claimant asserts that they are yet to be paid for work done in relation to Kanye. They are pursuing compensatory damages due to lost wages and are also requesting punitive damages. Furthermore, they demand a trial by jury.
