The Real Housewives of Potomac season nine reunion just won’t be the same without the Grande Dame.
Despite skipping the Bravo series’ reunion taping for medical treatment after her DUI sentence, Karen Huger stuns her whole cast by making a surprising appearance in the latest show trailer.
At the beginning of the January 31 preview, Andy Cohen declares candidly, “There’s an important issue we need to tackle – Karen, our esteemed matriarch, isn’t here. She’s left us a note instead.
Switch to a previously recorded video featuring the missing actor, where she emotionally breaks down, expressing her heartaches from her personal hardships and legal issues.
The clip stirs up strong emotions among Karen’s co-stars, and longtime friend-turned-rival Gizelle Bryant confesses, “Despite all the dislike, there’s a deep affection for her.
Instead of saying “Wendy Osefo” hashes out a contrasting response, she expresses it differently by stating, “Given what I’ve seen, everything makes sense now.” As a result, she can assert with confidence that “my friend,” is definitely not the person in question.
Wendy then makes a shocking accusation about Karen’s alleged drinking habits off camera.
According to the former professor, they told him that he would be appearing on the show alongside Karen. He mentioned that she regularly visits and becomes intoxicated there.
But the bombshells don’t stop there.
Ashley Darby later states that after Karen’s car accident and arrest in March, one journalist allegedly contacted her to mention that someone else was in the car with Karen at the time, who then reportedly left the scene.
As for who it could be? Mia Thornton chimes in, “Her boyfriend.”
When Andy queries the group, “What would happen if she ends up in prison, how do you think she’d cope?”, her fellow actors respond somberly, “Terribly”, and Gizelle adds humorously, “She can’t even wear her wig there.
However, it’s not just Karen who’s under scrutiny. This season, several cast members are accusing Mia of taking advantage of her family and the new relationship with her boyfriend, Inc, even though she is still married to Gordon Thornton.
According to Wendy, the plan involving you and Inc didn’t turn out as expected, which led you to decide to part ways with Inc.

Wendy mentioned that your plan with Inc didn’t work out, causing you to decide to let go of Inc.
Under pressure, Mia seeks refuge in the dressing room, with Andy attempting to persuade her back onto the film set.
“There’s nothing worse than a shame spiral,” he tells her, “and I feel like you’re in one.”
