You wanted to be a Traitor. Were you disappointed you didn’t get the chance?

I’m deeply disappointed. I never thought I would leave so early. Upon receiving the letter from the Traitors, I initially believed it was an invitation to join their ranks. I expressed my desire to Claudia to become a Traitor, as I had been dishonest about enjoying my wife’s spaghetti bolognese for 35 years. However, she felt that wasn’t a strong enough motivation. When my wife watched the episode and discovered the truth, I once again found myself in danger of being harmed! Yet, she has forgiven me.

In this series, we saw the debut of the first all-female group of “Traitors”. Which gender do you believe would excel more in such a role, men or women?

The adage, “No force compares to the wrath of a scorned woman,” rings true. They’re known for their strategic thinking. Their focus is unwavering and they won’t hesitate to step over or eliminate whoever stands in their way during the course of their endeavors.

Why were you choosing not to share with us that you hold a black belt in Taekwondo, given that we’ve noticed some of those impressive techniques displayed in the show?

I hadn’t planned on bringing it up, but to reach that point, you need to stay focused, take things as they come, remain calm, and avoid panicking. I earned my black belt a decade ago. When my child started taekwondo, the coach inquired if I was interested too. He emphasized, “You’re never too old,” and that sentiment rings true for any endeavor, including joining The Traitors.

How would you describe your time in the castle?

Among all life’s moments, this particular event ranks among my top experiences – second only to witnessing the births of my children. My wife and I share a family of seven children and 15 grandchildren, with our youngest granddaughter joining us at the end of December. Unfortunately, she is too young to understand that her grandfather has passed away; I’ll explain it to her when she grows older.
