Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos Show Off Their Stunning New Studio!

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos have officially moved in.

The long-standing pair revealed the freshly renovated set of “Live with Kelly and Mark” at Disney’s headquarters in Hudson Square, Lower Manhattan, during the April 14 episode of their morning show. They had moved from their studio on the Upper West Side where they filmed for 37 years.

On Live’s Instagram, before recording began, spectators expressed their eagerness to be the pioneers exploring the brand-new, breathtaking studio. One lady was particularly astounded, exclaiming that she was completely taken aback by the impressive layout.

As I step into the studio for the very first time, I can hardly contain my excitement! A touch of apprehension creeps in as well, but overall, I’m eager to get started on this new adventure.

At the close of the video, Kelly and Mark make their debut on their fresh stage while an excited crowd roared them forward. Throughout the program, they extended invitations to the reality TV personality Porsha Williams from “Real Housewives of Atlanta” and actor Cameron Mathison as their inaugural guests.

After spending a week improvising their show within the Disney cafeteria, Kelly and Mark finally released their first official studio production, following the completion of their studio’s construction.

The couple, together for almost 29 years with children named Michael (age 27), Lola (age 23), and Joaquin (age 22), have spoken candidly about the emotional experience of leaving the original studio where renowned hosts such as Regis Philbin, Kathie Lee Gifford, Michael Strahan, and Ryan Seacrest all filmed the show.

Mark, now permanently paired with Kelly from April 2023, shared in a People article on April 1st that our children grew up in this place. They frequently visited their mother here and were often backstage, even as infants.

Kelly echoed those sentiments while reflecting on the pressures of being a working mom.

She shared that she had her children during an era when maternity leave wasn’t widely available. However, the advantage was that she could bring her kids to work with her. Given that our hours are carefully managed, being part of a live morning television show, it allowed her to balance both full-time work and motherhood effectively.

And, ultimately, Kelly, Mark and their children view the longtime Live crew as family.

Kelly mentioned that Lola sees some of our colleagues not just as producers, but more like fellow mothers,” or simply, “Kelly pointed out that Lola regards certain coworkers as mothers rather than just producers.

This year marked the first September in at least 20 years that Kelly didn’t have a child to send to school. To fill the gap, she dug out a memento from 2008.

It appears that Michael is poised to surprise or catch his younger sister off guard, as shown in the photo their father posted for her 19th birthday in 2020.

Joaquin is surrounded by love at his high school graduation.

It seems that @instasuelos learned he wouldn’t share a room with @joaquinconsuelos this fall, and Kelly playfully remarked about it during their visit to Ann Arbor before Joaquin began his studies at the University of Michigan.

In March 2022, Kelly decided to take some time away for a few days to catch the Wolverines wrestling in the Division 1 Championships held in Detroit.

As a freshman, Joaquin chose not to participate in wrestling this time around. However, upon her return, Kelly expressed on the show “Live” that it felt like she aged years just by witnessing those young men compete.

In June 2021, the entire family successfully traveled to both Greece and Italy, having been thwarted by the pandemic’s plans in the previous year (2020).

Kelly mentioned that due to the delay, our oldest son and niece’s graduation trip from last year ended up turning into a family trip with the newborn babies as well, since they were born around that time.

The beautiful family photo taken during their Mediterranean vacation was perfect, so they decided to use it for their holiday card in the year 2021 (as created by Kelly).

In a playful nod, Kelly titled this vintage post as “Happy Easter (from the year 2012),” which was given her seal of approval, Lola. She always seizes opportunities to poke fun at her ever-surprised teenage child on social platforms.

Mark wished the “spectacular women” in his life a happy International Women’s Day.

“Happy Valentine’s Day to the loves of my life!” Kelly wrote from the heart on Feb. 14, 2022.

Kelly celebrated the fruits of her labor on National Sons Day, Sept. 28, 2021.

In 2021, Kelly and Mark’s eldest child, son Michael Consuelos (who was then 24 years old), shared this heartwarming flashback picture of him and his mother on her birthday, captioned: “Happy Birthday, Mom!! I wish you the best day imaginable. You’re a fearless leader and an inspiration to all. And when I call you a T. Rex, it’s a compliment – one that I hope you understand by now.

Back in August 2020, I couldn’t help but get excited when my beloved Kelly Ripa posted an incredible remake of a cherished family snapshot from 2003 on Instagram! My youngest son, Joaquin, was snuggled up on my lap, while Michael and Lola were positioned to perfection. To be honest, they truly captured the essence of our family in that picture, even though as Kelly humorously pointed out, “the objects might seem larger.

In May 2020, due to the coronavirus pandemic, Kelly and Mark celebrated their eldest son Michael’s graduation from New York University virtually. To mark this special moment, Kelly posted on Instagram: “With a snap of fingers, you have graduated college! MJC, the happiness and pride you’ve brought our family is beyond words. I adore you deeply.

In a nostalgic Instagram post, Kelly compared the years 2011 and 2019, stating that “the walls have become smaller” to reflect her children’s growth from being kids to teenagers.

“The Graduate #2019,” Kelly wrote on Instagram celebrating Lola’s final days of high school.

Kelly receiving her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2015 was an all-hands-on-deck event.

Kelly matched her son’s gown and the flowers at Joaquin’s middle school graduation.

If your family is as stunningly attractive, you’d probably find yourself snapping selfies much more frequently than usual.

Holidays always bring family together and this famous crew is no exception.

In 2003, it was Kelly and her spouse, Mark Consuelos, who marked the premiere of “A Year With Frog and Toad” at Maxine’s, right here in New York City.

In the year 2001, Mark and Kelly accompanied their child to the premiere of “ATLANTIS: The Lost Empire” at the Ziegfeld Theatre located in New York City.

No matter if they’re off to a warm, tropical destination or a chilly, snow-covered one, this family always manages to enjoy themselves thoroughly.
