Kidpool Makes Her Marvel Debut By Trying to Kill Spider-Man

As a comic book enthusiast with decades of experience under my belt, I can’t help but be thrilled about the upcoming adventure of Kidpool and Spider-Boy! The Deadpool Corps have always been a wild card in the Marvel Universe, and seeing Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively’s kids, Inez and Olin, reprising their roles as Kidpool and Babypool is just the cherry on top.

The target of Deadpool, known as Kidpool in the Deadpool Corps, is set on defeating Spider-Man. However, if Spider-Boy has anything to say about it, that won’t happen. Recently, audiences were introduced to Kidpool through Deadpool & Wolverine, and she gained popularity with the Deadpool Corps being highlighted in a special issue called Pooluminati. Upcoming events will feature Kidpool making her official debut in the Marvel Universe alongside Spider-Boy.

The first issue of “Kidpool & Spider-Boy” by Christopher Yost, Nathan Stockman, Jed Dougherty, Chris Campana, Craig Yeung, Andrew Dalhouse, and VC’s Joe Caramagna is exclusively previewed at ComicBook. It starts with the command, “I want you to eliminate The Amazing Spider-Man,” followed by an image of Spiderman swinging through New York City. However, Kidpool isn’t fond of Spiderman’s bug eyes or the webbing he shoots from his wrists and she thinks it’s very suspicious, saying “Super suspicious” in her thoughts.

In preparation for confronting Spider-Man, Kidpool is gathering intel first. Meanwhile, Spidey not only tackles common criminals and supervillains but also assists an elderly lady in crossing the street. Suddenly, as Kidpool readies a rocket launcher to fire at Spider-Man, Spider-Boy swoops in to halt her actions. Contrary to her usual talkative nature, Kidpool falls silent upon Spider-Boy’s arrival. In keeping with Deadpool’s antics, what was once an empty backpack on one page now contains a nuclear bomb the next.

Kidpool informs Spider-Boy that her intention is to eliminate Spider-Man. This revelation alone is enough for Spider-Boy, who promptly delivers a swift kick. However, Kidpool manages to evade and inquires about his name before the scene concludes.

Kidpool is played by Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively’s daughter

In the action-packed film Deadpool & Wolverine, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively’s children, Inez Reynolds and Olin Reynolds, took on the roles of Kidpool and Babypool respectively. Interestingly, Blake Lively herself donned the costume as Lady Deadpool. Joining this family affair were Nathan Fillion as Headpool and Matthew McConaughey as Cowboypool in the third Deadpool movie. Following the film’s premiere, Reynolds shared a heartwarming behind-the-scenes snapshot, dedicated to Inez.

For the first time ever, the unconventional teen character, Kidpool, known for his colorful language, joins forces with Spider-Boy, another recently introduced iconic figure. The synopsis of their debut comic reveals that the Trouble-Prone Teenager and the Web-Slinging Wonder may struggle to prevent a resurgence of the Comics Code. However, Bailey is determined to give it a shot! Could this fresh Kidpool be identical to the one from the universe-altering film? Anything goes when dealing with the Mouthy Merc!

As a die-hard movie buff excitedly counting down the days, I’m thrilled to share an exclusive sneak peek at the highly anticipated comic book debut of “Kidpool & Spider-Boy” #1! Mark your calendars for Wednesday, December 25th, as this action-packed adventure hits the shelves. Get ready to dive into a world where superheroes come to life!
