Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Delayed to February 2025 – Rumour

As a dedicated fan of the original Kingdom Come: Deliverance who has spent countless hours immersed in the rich, historical world of Bohemia, I eagerly await the arrival of its sequel, the long-anticipated Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. The recent rumors about a potential delay to February 11, 2025 have certainly piqued my curiosity and tested my patience.

Earlier this year, Warhorse Studios and Deep Silver disclosed plans for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, initially slated to release in 2024. However, it appears that the launch timeline might be subject to a slight adjustment.

According to tweets by @Wario64, it seems that several retailer listings indicate a potential delay for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, pushing the release date to February 11, 2025. Initially, this date was found on the game’s listings on Best Buy and Walmart, but since then, these pages have been updated; Walmart now shows a generic December 31 release date, while Best Buy no longer mentions any launch date at all.

The anticipated sequel to Kingdom Come: Deliverance is set to unveil a new trailer during Gamescom Opening Night Live next week, and will follow this with an extensive gameplay demonstration the day after. If there has been a delay in the release of this action RPG, it’s likely that we might get official updates on this matter sooner rather than later.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is in development for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
