Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Release Date Brought Forward to February 4

As a dedicated gamer with decades of gaming under my belt, I can’t help but feel like a kid on Christmas Eve as February 2025 approaches! The announcement that Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will be gracing our screens a full week earlier than initially planned has sent shockwaves through the gaming community.

In February, we have an incredibly busy schedule ahead, but even among all the excitement, the upcoming game “Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2” stands out as one of the most anticipated releases. However, the developers at Warhorse Studio are eager to gain an edge and stay ahead in the competition. As a result, they’ve decided to bring the game’s release date forward by one week.

On Twitter, they’ve shared an update that Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will hit the shelves a few days earlier than initially scheduled. Originally planned for release on February 11, which coincidentally is when Civilization 7 is set to debut as well, the game will now be available starting from February 4.

Warhorse Studios announces they have some “even more thrilling updates” to share in the coming days. Starting tomorrow, December 5th, they will premiere a fresh story trailer, and while they haven’t specified what other details they intend to reveal, it seems likely that a new presentation at The Game Awards next week is on the horizon too.

Besides Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 and the previously mentioned Civilization 7, there will also be several other significant game launches in February, such as Monster Hunter World: Sunbreak, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla – Shadow Chronicles, Avowed, Lost Echoes: Bloom and Rage, and Like a Dragon: Ishin!, among others.

When it’s launched, you can expect to find “Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2” on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and personal computers. To get a sneak peek at the game, check out its opening 40-plus minutes of footage here.
