As a seasoned gamer with years of immersive experiences under my belt, I must say that the anticipation for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 has been palpable, and the recent tech details reveal only further excites me. Having traversed through various open worlds on numerous platforms, I can confidently attest to the importance of having options tailored to each system’s capabilities – be it the crisp visuals of Fidelity mode or the smooth 60FPS gameplay in Performance mode.

As the anticipated release of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 draws closer (only a few months away), the developers at Warhorse Studios have shared technical specifications for each platform. Alongside the PC version’s system requirements, they have also disclosed performance and resolution targets for consoles.

Previously announced, the open-world action RPG is set to offer both Fidelity and Performance modes on PS5 and Xbox Series X. These settings will allow the game to run at 4K/30 frames per second and 1440p/60 frames per second respectively. Moreover, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) will also be supported, but only with a compatible display.

On the Xbox Series S, the game will operate at 1080p resolution with 30 frames per second (FPS). On the other hand, on the PS5 Pro, there will be a Pro mode that offers 4K resolution and 60 FPS, using PSSR for upscaling.

Warhorse Studios has also revealed a new story trailer for the game. You can view it through here.
