As a dedicated gamer, I’m thrilled to share that the KOF Studio is honored to continue the epic saga of our legendary fighting game franchises, ensuring they keep growing and adapting to the future.

To put it simply, the company is officially changing the name of a team that’s been responsible for many of its significant fighting game launches, for better understanding.

According to the website, SNK acknowledges KOF Studio as the developer of games such as The King of Fighters 15, The King of Fighters 14, SNK Heroines Tag Team Frenzy, the 2019 edition of Samurai Shodown, and the upcoming Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves and an unnamed Samurai Shodown action RPG. The former is scheduled to release on April 21 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, and PC.
