Kris shared with Kathy Hilton and Faye Resnick during an episode of “The Kardashians” on July 11 that her hysterectomy was more extensive than initially planned. It began as a simple procedure to remove her ovaries, but she received unexpected news via phone call.
The 68-year-old woman’s doctor recommended that undergoing a hysterectomy, which involves the removal of both her ovaries and uterus, would be the most beneficial option for her health in the future.
Kris, who is the mother of Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Rob Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner, spoke next. “We’ve identified an issue,” she said, “and I’m here to resolve it.” Regarding the source of her greatest joys, she added, “I’ll be eliminating a significant element from my life that has gifted me with six precious children.”
Kris outwardly expressed to her friends that she was okay with the upcoming event, but in private confessions, she revealed her true feelings of deep sadness as this stage of her life was drawing to a close.
