Kristin Cavallari‘s love life is not up for discussion.
In an exclusive preview from TopMob News, the lead star of “Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour” finds herself embroiled in a passionate argument with her close friend Justin Anderson over her romantic habits, as depicted in the June 18 episode of the TopMob series.
Dinner conversation turns tense following Kristin’s “Let’s Be Honest” podcast performances in Chicago, as things between her Laguna Beach co-star Talan Torriero and her ex-boyfriend Johnny didn’t go as planned.
Over the past day, there has been some tension between Talan and Johnny, and the 38-year-old expresses her frustration in a confessional, stating, “Being belittled by Justin is just too much for me. I can’t take it anymore. He doesn’t seem to know when to back off.
The two pals then go at it after Kristin details her difficulties finding “the one.”
She wonders, “Where can I find those impressive, victorious, fantastic men?”, to which Justin responds, “However, I’m inquiring if you’ve ever encountered a man that leaves you thinking, ‘Wow, this is incredible. I admire…'”.
But the celebrity hairstylist isn’t able to finish his thought.
Kristin interjects, “I haven’t had the chance to meet him yet. Right now, it’s quite challenging because I’ve decided to steer clear of toxic relationships. Am I making myself clear?
Even though it appears that a momentary silence suggests an end to their verbal sparring, Justin rekindles the discussion regarding her approach to dating.
In his words, “Sometimes, the unexpected good and kind individuals are hidden and ready for you.
Kristin’s response?
Indeed, your words resonate with me as well, for I find it difficult to locate something that appears to be easily found.” The mother of three, who concluded her divorce from former partner Jay Cutler in 2022, retorted. “I’ve been struggling to find it myself.
Meanwhile, as Justin ponders, “You know, you’re quite the prize,” Kristin has had enough and assertively states, ” frankly, I feel like you’re persistently trying to push my boundaries at this moment.
Despite his claims, Kristin abruptly concludes their heated discussion with, “I just can’t continue this talk any longer. Period. By the way, see you later!
Catch the unfolding events as “Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour” premieres on Wednesday at 10 p.m., exclusively on TopMob. Until then, delve deeper into Kristin’s high-profile romantic past by continuing to read below.
The first love you never easily let go, especially when there are cameras recording every up and down in the intense relationship. The audience was able to witness the love story between Kristin Cavallari and Stephen Colletti unfold over two seasons on Laguna Beach. They had started dating a year before filming began, and their romantic entanglements created one of television’s memorable love triangles, also involving Lauren Conrad.
In Kristin’s 2016 book, Balancing in Heels, she expressed that our affection was deep and our struggles were intense. Her relationship with Stephen evolved from a teenage sweetheart storyline to a key plot point on a highly-acclaimed TV series. For her, Stephen was the center of her world, and there wasn’t anything else she valued more. She detested arguing with him in front of the camera because it seemed like exposing all our private disagreements.
Although their romantic relationship didn’t survive past high school, they have maintained a friendship. In fact, Kristin mentioned to TopMob News that he would be willing to appear on the show “Very Cavallari.
2022 found me sharing insights with TopMob News as a lifestyle connoisseur, and let me tell you, my dear readers, it seems everyone was captivated by the LC-Stephen-KCav love triangle in Laguna Beach. However, I’d like to shed some light on what truly unfolded behind the scenes. The spotlight may have been on us, but there were a plethora of other tales waiting to be told – tales about Kristin and Lauren, for instance. You see, while she was still in high school, Lauren had relationships with individuals who were quite remarkable, some of whom chose not to appear on the show or were part of it without their preference.
Regarding his tumultuous relationship with Kristin, Talan explained that prior to the show’s debut, relationships or encounters had already taken place between them. He didn’t start spending time with Lauren until later, during his second season or so. His relationship with Kristin spanned from their junior to senior years and was on-again, off-again.
In the second season opener of “Laguna“, Stephen feels crushed upon discovering that Kristin has found new love in the form of “Matt, a man from USC,” whom she’s been seeing since he went to college.
It was this individual attending USC who eventually emerged as none other than Matt Leinart, the renowned USC quarterback who later played professional football in the NFL. Regrettably, Matt did not make an appearance on MTV’s popular show and his relationship with Kristin proved to be brief.
In 2008, there were whispers of a possible reunion between Kristin and Matt after they were seen together in Las Vegas, but as it turns out, they never formally reconciled.
As a lifestyle expert, I’d rephrase it this way: Before their scripted romance on “The Hills,” Kristin and Brody Jenner actually dated in real life. This happened a few years after her stint on “Laguna Beach” ended, following an introduction by Talan.
Back in 2012, I openly admitted that I dated Brody during my 18th year, not long after his stint on Laguna Beach wrapped up. Interestingly enough, things between us were featured on The Hills for several episodes as part of the storyline.
After spending nearly a year together, on again and off again, they formally ended their relationship in the year 2006. As stated to People magazine, she explained that it was challenging due to her constant work schedule, but they remain friendly.
In the beginning of 2006, there were whispers of a possible relationship between Kristin and Nick Lachey, who is a member of the band 98 Degrees. This came shortly after his very public divorce from Jessica Simpson the year prior.
At that point, Kristin dismissed the rumors by stating, “There’s no story here, nothing is happening. He’s a great person, but I must emphasize that we are merely friends.
Initially, she had just been attempting to avoid the sudden, intense spotlight of attention that surprised her.
Back in those exhilarating days, I found myself the center of attention, suddenly gracing the covers of every gossip magazine overnight. On a November 2024 episode of my podcast “Let’s Be Honest,” I confessed this thrilling yet overwhelming experience. The paparazzi became an ever-present specter, lurking outside my home, eagerly anticipating my next move.
Coming out of the ‘Newlyweds’ phase with Jessica, she remarked, “This was arguably the most significant event in 2006,” she continued. “It was quite an exhilarating journey.
In the wake of her relationship with Brody ending, Kristin started seeing actor Nick Zano, most recognized for his role in the WB sitcom “What I Like About You.
The relationship between them was quite intense; Kristin went as far as getting his initials inked on her wrist.
But when the pair called it quits in December 2007, Kristin had the tattoo removed.
During her time filming The Hills, Kristin was portraying romantic relationships with both Brody and Justin Bobby Brescia on-screen. However, unbeknownst to them, she was in a secret relationship off-set.
In the year 2010, Kristin was in a secret relationship with MTV cameraman Miguel Medina, even managing to hide it from her fellow cast members Heidi Montag and Audrina Patridge.
In one segment of Very Cavallari, she disclosed that for several months, our relationship had been a secret. During this time, I was publicly dating Brody on the show, while Miguel was simultaneously documenting it all.
Later, she mentioned that their relationship became public near the conclusion of their professional collaboration, as paparazzi had photographed them at the airport a week prior to finishing the show, which ultimately led to their exposure.
Not long after ending her relationship with Miguel, Kristin attracted the attention of Jay Cutler, who was a quarterback for the Chicago Bears at that time. Just a year into their romance, Jay made a significant move by proposing in 2011. However, Kristin parted ways with him a few months later. In her book “Balancing In Heels”, she mentioned that there were some aspects that needed adjustment.
After carefully mapping out their Xs and Os, the duo welcomed their son Camden into the world in August 2012, tied the knot in June 2013, and expanded their family with son Jaxon in May 2014 and daughter Saylor in November 2015. Despite appearing to be a strong partnership, Kristin has recently shared insights about their team dynamics since they announced their separation in April 2020.
On The School of Greatness podcast in 2022, she shared that the most intimidating experience for her was going through a divorce. However, looking back, it turned out to be the most transformative event in her life. It sparked her exploration of self-love and helped her discover who she is today.
After her divorce from Jay, Kristin explored comedy with comedian Jeff Dye based in Los Angeles. However, even though they said the magical three words during a January 2021 Instagram Live, according to a source who spoke to TopMob News in March, their relationship wasn’t particularly deep. The source mentioned that Kristin was simply enjoying herself.
In November 2024, the comedian shared that they hadn’t had a serious relationship. However, he declared openly that she led him to believe there was a possibility between them. She acted towards him as if he were a pet dog.
By August 2021, Kristin had discovered a fresh duet collaborator in the form of country singer Chase Rice. As reported by TopMob News, an insider mentioned that it was still casual at the time, being a recent development. “Kristin has attended one of his concerts and they’re having fun together,” the source added.
However, after several weeks had passed, it seemed that the Nashville locals were engaging in performances on their own. Kristin made this clear on Instagram by stating, “At present, I’m not involved in a relationship with anyone.
In late 2024, Kristin finally revealed a significant part of her past relationships – her brief romance with the well-known country singer Morgan Wallen.
On her podcast, Bunnie XO’s Dumb Blonde, Kristin expressed that he was an excellent choice for a casual partner. She added that he was skilled in the bedroom.
And he’s got some smooth moves out of the bedroom as well.
On our initial date, he truly exhibited chivalry, as she mentioned, and he took charge by saying, “I’ll come to get you, I’ll choose the location,” demonstrating a confident manner. Later, after we left the chosen venue, “He kissed me in the rain,” she disclosed, “and it was incredibly romantic.
Despite Kristin referring to Mark Estes as the “best boyfriend” she’s ever known, she openly admitted that the significant 13-year age difference between them was a challenge for her.
In her podcast in October 2024, she explained that she ended things with Mark as she felt it wasn’t suitable for the long term. She clarified that it wasn’t due to lost love or any negative incidents, and neither of them had been unfaithful or hurtful. She added that such breakups are usually the most challenging.
Essentially, she said, “In the end, what I’m saying is that he should live and learn from various experiences because he’s still young. At his age, I was starting to feel the weight of life’s experiences, and look back at how much has changed for me since I was 24. Those years are important, they shape you. It’s during this time that people discover who they really are, and he needs that opportunity too.
In April 2025, Kristin clarified on her podcast that the retired athlete she hinted at dating back then was indeed a former NHL player.
She stated that he is an individual who has put significant effort into personal growth, and our bond developed to a profound depth. Describing the romantic connection, she used the term “one of the most profound relationships I’ve experienced.
Later in the day, Nate spoke about their relationship on his podcast, Energy Line, mirroring Kristin’s glowing compliments.
He enthused, “She’s really great company!” He added, “We had an enjoyable time together.” He further explained, “Life goes on its way, and unfortunately, things didn’t quite align.
