Lacey Turner is preparing herself for her second live episode on EastEnders, and judging from the promotional photos, it seems like this episode will be filled with intense drama!
Next week’s anniversary episodes will contain two intense confrontations causing a chain reaction culminating in an enormous blast within The Vic. As chaos erupts, those caught inside struggle to flee, while residents of the Square endeavor to rescue their friends and neighbors.

Turner exclaimed with enthusiasm, “I’m absolutely thrilled! As a devoted EastEnders viewer since my childhood, it’s incredible to witness the show reaching its 40th year. Although I might have missed some anniversaries in the past, I’m elated not to miss this one.
Pondering over our recent special broadcast, Turner remarked: “Indeed, I find the live shows quite enjoyable, an oddity since usually, live events tend to make me extremely nervous.
“You get such an adrenaline rush from it. Hopefully this one will go as smoothly for me!”
Next week’s special episodes hint at a significant moment involving Jean Slater (played by Gillian Wright), as she encourages Stacey to express her true feelings towards Martin. This is done subtly, without giving away too many details.
As Stacey fears another rejection, Jean believes it’s necessary for her to take a risk with her feelings…
