Lana Condor and Noah Centineo’s Heartwarming Reunion Will Melt Your Heart!

To all the costars we’ve loved before.

Four years have passed since they acted together last, and in February 18th, stars Noah Centineo and Lana Condor, who were previously seen in To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, came together again at the first-ever SAG Awards Spotlight Dinner.

Previously co-actors, who portrayed romantic leads in the 2018 rom-com and its follow-ups titled “P.S. I Still Love You” and “Always and Forever”, were seen grinning as they struck a pose at the glitzy Los Angeles event. Lana donned a regal blue dress featuring a corseted top, while Noah chose a dark gray suit over a black t-shirt, casually placing his arm around his friend.

Actor ‘Recruit’, who recently stepped back into his character Peter Kavinsky for the second season of the series “XO Kitty”, a spinoff from “To All the Boys”, has been candid about the strong friendship he and Lana developed during their work on the trilogy.

In an interview with Cosmopolitan U.K. in 2021, the 28-year-old described their relationship with Lana as being similar to that of a long-married couple. They explained that after working together for three and a half years, they feel extremely comfortable around each other, and it’s effortless and wonderful.

Although Noah values the bond he has formed with Lana, aged 27, he’s also opened up about his challenges in dealing with the fame that came from the Netflix films.

Noah shared on the Chicks in the Office podcast (Feb 3) that he felt quite unhappy during his early twenties. He had achieved financial stability for the first time, with regular work and no money worries. However, despite this, he was heavily into drugs, not to an extreme degree but using them frequently. Additionally, he drank every day, often. As a young adult, this was his lifestyle.

At the age of 20, I had already been engaged in that activity for a couple of years, he explained. I had built up a career that I took pride in. My income was sufficient to cover my rent and save some money too. One might expect me to be extremely thrilled and contented, but I simply wasn’t.

Since then, the former Fosters star has acknowledged and accepted his struggle with alcohol, realizing it served as an escape from his everyday life.

Noah remarked, “You can avoid facing issues when you’re under the influence of alcohol.” He further explained, “It serves as an escape mechanism or a form of self-treatment. However, it’s crucial to discover healthier methods for addressing those problems instead.

And, for the Netflix star, that healthier way has proven to be exercise.

Currently, Noah’s in a period where he’s not particularly busy and focusing on working out, as well as taking time for self-care and introspection. He encourages everyone to do the same.
