Last Chance to Watch Inception on Netflix Before It Vanishes!

Netflix users only have until the end of February 28th to watch one of the top movies from the 2010s, as it’s set to be taken off the platform starting March 1st. While there’s a chance it might come back later, there are no specifics about when or if this will happen. The movie has been added and removed from Netflix in the past, so it’s possible it could reappear at some point in the future.

The film under discussion was released in 2010 and received a nomination for Best Picture that year at the 83rd Academy Awards, competing against movies like Black Swan, The Fighter, The Kids Are All Right, 127 Hours, The Social Network, Toy Story 3, True Grit, Winter’s Bone, and The King’s Speech. In the end, it lost to The King’s Speech. However, it did manage to win four awards during the ceremony: Best Sound Editing, Best Sound Mixing, Best Cinematography, and Best Visual Effects.

For those yet to recognize it, the movie in question is “Inception,” a science-fiction action film directed by Christopher Nolan, with Leonardo DiCaprio in the lead role. After Christopher Nolan’s acclaimed work on Batman, Inception struck a chord with many, as demonstrated by its box office earnings exceeding $837 million, making it the fourth highest-grossing film of the year. On Rotten Tomatoes, it garnered positive reviews from both critics and audiences, as indicated by its scores of 87 and 91 respectively.

The film is often praised as one of the greatest from its era, a claim that becomes understandable when you realize it’s Christopher Nolan’s fourth highest-grossing film, surpassed only by a few Batman movies and the more recent Oppenheimer. At the same time, it ranks as Leonardo DiCaprio’s second largest production to date, with Titanic still holding the top spot.

Without a doubt, Inception makes an excellent choice for both followers of Christopher Nolan and Leonardo DiCaprio, as well as movie lovers in general. Unlike many films from the 2010s era that may have lost their charm over time, Inception remains just as impressive and captivating as it was when first released 15 years ago.

29 additional movies will become available on Netflix alongside Inception starting from March 1st. Yet, many more films are lined up to follow suit. Although March 1st is fast approaching, with Inception being a 2 hour and 28 minute movie, there’s still plenty of time left to catch it before it leaves Netflix.
