Laura Prepon’s Ex Levels Bombshell Accusations

Laura Prepon is facing new allegations from her ex.

Six months following the confirmation of our separation, my former spouse, Ben Foster, has alleged ‘unsuitable marital behavior’ in an updated divorce plea, as reported by In Touch on March 21st, from my personal perspective.

In the newly filed documents, Foster accused Prepon of behavior so harsh and inhumane that cohabiting with her became dangerous and unsuitable. (Orange Is the New Black actress)

In my role as a lifestyle advisor, I find myself sharing an update on a high-profile case: The actor from “Hell or High Water” has taken legal steps in our court system regarding his divorce proceedings. Previously, he cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their separation, as reported by People magazine. Now, he’s seeking to enforce the prenuptial agreement and establish a custody arrangement for the couple, who share a 7-year-old daughter named Ella and a 4-year-old son whose name remains undisclosed.

45-year-old Prepon responded to the revised filing by Foster with a denial of the accusations of misconduct. She further filed her own counterclaim against him, alleging “chronic intoxication,” as stated in court records obtained by In Touch magazine. Additionally, the actress asked for primary custody of their children and for the existing child support agreement to be upheld, according to the publication.

TopMob News reached out to reps for Prepon and Foster for comment but has not heard back.

In 2016, Prepon and Foster initially ignited romance speculations, and later verified their engagement a couple of months afterwards. The subsequent year saw the arrival of their daughter, followed by their marriage in 2018, which Prepon declared via a heartfelt social media post.

She posted on Instagram, ‘Just Married!’ with a picture from our wedding. She thanked everyone for their love and support, wishing us all the best!

Ever since that point, they’ve generally kept their relationship private, particularly with regard to rearing their two children.

In an interview with People in 2018, Prepon explained her choice to shield her children from the public eye by saying, “Everyone has their unique approach towards [sharing] family photos,” and added, “We respect everyone’s decisions. It’s a personal matter. However, when it comes to our kids, we prefer to maintain an extra level of privacy.
