As a seasoned festival-goer with decades of music events under my belt, I must say that this 2025 Reading and Leeds Festival lineup is nothing short of a musical feast! From the established stars like Hozier, Travis Scott, and Bring Me the Horizon, to the rising talent Chappell Roan, who’s been making waves since her debut album The Rise And Fall Of A Midwest Princess, this is a lineup that caters to every taste.
2025’s Reading and Leeds Festival has revealed its initial roster of performers, featuring Chappell Roan, Hozier, Travis Scott, and Bring Me the Horizon as headlining acts.
Roan, Hozier, and Scott will all make their main-stage debuts, with Hozier and Bring Me the Horizon being unique to UK festivals.
This year, Roan garnered significant attention after unveiling her first album titled “The Rise And Fall Of A Midwest Princess,” released in 2023. Tracks like “Red Wine Supernova,” “Pink Pony Club,” and “Good Luck Babe” have been standout hits on the record.
“We’re thrilled to announce our lineup for Summer 2025! This is going to be an event you won’t want to miss, marking the best weekend of the entire year.
Following Roan’s signature line, they carried on with: “We’ll meet up at the most beloved musician’s preferred summer music festival next year.
Among the main acts we have two-time Brit Award laureate Becky Hill, hip-hop artist AJ Tracey, the music groups Rudimental, The Kooks, and rock collective Bloc Party.
Additionally performing will be Trippie Redd, Conan Gray, Sammy Virji, Enter Shikari, Amyl and The Sniffers, Wunderhorse, and Royel Otis.
Additional artists scheduled to perform are Wallows, Sea Girls, Menzies (often known as Mannequin Pussy), SOFT PLAY, a group called Lambrini Girls, and DJ Ez.
The upcoming festivals are scheduled to take place from the 21st through the 24th of August, with locations being Richfield Avenue in Reading and Bramham Park in Leeds.
More artist are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
