It’s never been questioned that Marvel actors dedicate themselves rigorously for their superhero roles. Over time, as new actors join the Marvel Cinematic Universe, we witness numerous fitness makeovers, along with training videos to demonstrate the grueling workout routines needed for these blockbuster performances. As Avengers: Doomsday approaches, it’s no wonder that actresses like Black Panther: Wakanda Forever‘s Letitia Wright are gearing up in the gym to face off against Robert Downey Jr., assuming his role as the formidable and cosmic Doctor Doom.
From the brief glimpse of Wright’s training regimen shared on her Instagram Story (as seen in this post below by POC Culture), it seems clear that Shuri, T’Challa’s sister, is well-prepared to demonstrate her newfound Black Panther abilities now that she has taken over from her deceased brother. We’ll have to stay tuned to learn who else she might be facing off against – unless she decides to follow Alan Cumming’s lead and unexpectedly reveal that Nightcrawler and Mr. Fantastic will be squaring off.

‘Avengers: Doomsday’ Could Bring The MCU Back To Its Early-2000s Glory Days
With decreasing enthusiasm for Marvel films (and superhero stories in general) as they dominate the film industry, there’s significant anticipation surrounding the success of Avengers: Doomsday, as it could re-engage fans with the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The studio has generated optimism through its risky venture with the new movie, Thunderbolts. There is hope that this move can help restore some of the enchantment that the MCU initially held when its first Avengers films were released, featuring thrilling action, witty humor, and A-list leading actors.
2025 is a far cry from the carefree times of 2008 when Iron Man graced our screens for the first time. (Oh, how young and naive we were then!) Superheroes were just making their way to the top back then, but now they’ve become the norm rather than the exception in box office hits. I can’t help but wonder if it will take more than just online hype to fill those seats again, given the drastic changes the world has undergone since then.
It appears that things might be shifting back to how they once were, as suggested by the impressive box office performance of the latest “Thunderbolts” movie. The film’s final sequence has even been described as a nod to the golden days of the Marvel Cinatic Universe (MCU). Perhaps our favorite superheroes will regain their dominant position again. For now, we’ll keep you updated on any leaked or set photos from the production, and let’s hope no one gets into trouble for being too chatty, like Kevin Feige might give someone the “silent treatment” (though Wyatt Russell probably was just kidding about that part).
