The coroner’s report stated that Payne succumbed to severe injuries sustained from a fall, which led to both external and internal bleeding. This information was shared by Argentina’s Chief Prosecutor’s Office No. 14 in a public statement.
It appears that a toxicology report regarding the substances discovered in the room (suspected narcotics, alcoholic drinks, damaged items, and furniture) is yet to be completed, according to the statement issued by the authorities.

Earlier, the head of Buenos Aires emergency services, Alberto Crescenti, stated that when officials arrived at the scene to help, it was already too late to rescue the singer.
In simpler terms, he stated that our task was to rush there promptly, provide medical aid, and attempt to revive him, but due to his extensive injuries, it seemed impossible for him to survive. From the team’s observations, it appeared that he had a skull fracture and critically severe wounds that directly resulted in his immediate demise, as reported to the Argentine newspaper La Nación.
He commented, “Our team found themselves utterly helpless. It was established beyond doubt that he had already passed away, so there was no attempt at reviving him since his entire body bore extremely severe wounds.
