As a seasoned gamer with decades of gaming under my belt, I can’t help but feel a sense of excitement and anticipation for the upcoming DLC of Lies of P, set to drop in Q1 2025. Having played through countless hours of Souls-like games, I’ve grown accustomed to the thrill of exploration, challenge, and the satisfaction that comes with finally overcoming an elusive boss.
According to EBN’s report, it is confirmed that the initial downloadable content (DLC) for the popular Souls-like action RPG titled “Lies of P” by NEOWIZ will be released in the first three months of 2025. However, specific details about the DLC were not disclosed. Interestingly, Round8 Studio has announced their upcoming project – a chilling sci-fi survival horror game. So far, we’ve been given a glimpse of the upcoming DLC from Lies of P, showcasing sunken vessels, an icy engine room, a lighthouse, and a track titled “Lisrim.” Director Jiwon Choi has also mentioned their aim to enhance earlier ideas and make progress in areas where there’s potential for improvement, particularly with the DLC and its sequel.
Since its upcoming launch is near, it’s quite possible that we might hear an announcement about it during The Game Awards 2024 on December 12th. Keep a lookout for updates until then.
