All Weapon & Legion Arm for True Combat Gear Collector Trophy | Lies Of P: Overture

Royal Horn Bow (Unique)

In our previous article, we detailed that you can initially locate the Royal Horn Bow from within the Hall of Adventure Stargazer. This is among the items you’ll encounter right after entering the DLC, making it one of the earliest finds in your journey.

As soon as you teleport, go up the stairs and then take the path to your right.

Look for an adversary on the balcony’s end. If you choose to confront it, defeat it, or if you prefer not to engage, simply disregard it. Regardless of your decision, proceed towards the exit located to the left at the far end of the balcony.

Moving forward, veer to your left in the adjoining room, and you’ll find a single exit on your right. Carry on as usual, handling the adversaries according to your preferred strategy!

Make your way slowly along the darkened corridor, keeping in mind there’s a minor surprise (or jump) ahead in the middle.

Follow the hallway until it leads you to a balcony with a descending ladder. After you’ve safely lowered the ladder, proceed into the room with the large staircase, climb those stairs, turn right when you reach the top.

The hallway brings you to a balcony equipped with a ladder that goes down. Descend the ladder first, then ascend the grand staircase in the room, and take a right at the top.

After climbing the stairs, proceed to the lone door on your left. But beware, enemies are known for sneaking attacks when you’re entering the room, so stay alert!

In either case, turn to your right afterward and pick the following exit on the right. This route should lead you to a balcony that’s part of the spacious room where you originally found the ladder.

Once you step out onto the balcony, take note of a chest emitting a bright white radiance. Go ahead and open it to discover its hidden treasures!

Lorenzini Bolt Blade and Handle

Begin your journey at the Jungle Zone Walkway’s Stargazer location in Overture Chapter 1. Proceed through the stage as usual, but when you encounter a tree adorned with numerous birdhouses and a damaged bridge, take a detour to the right side of the broken bridge instead.

Immediately after descending, turn towards your left and you’ll find a tiny ice-blocked cave nearby. Keep in mind that it’s swarming with foes, so tread carefully!

Overcome your adversaries and shatter the frozen stalactites to reach the hidden cavern. Retrieve the treasures inside the box to acquire the Lorenzini Bolt weapon. Since it’s a standard weapon, you’ll receive both its hilt and blade for personalized crafting!

Death’s Talons (Unique)

In our list of weapon and Legion Arm locations in Lies of P: Overture, the next is the first boss weapon needed for the “True Combat Gear Collector” trophy. To acquire this item, simply continue with the story as usual until you conquer Markiona, the Puppeteer of Death. She’s unavoidable since she’s a main story boss in Chapter 1 of Overture.

After overcoming Markiona, make your way back to the Eventide Hotel Krat and engage in conversation with Klaus. Opt for a trade of valuable Ergo with him instead.

The Death’s Talons will be near the bottom of the list, purchasable for 1 Macabre Puppeteer’s Ergo.

Maniac’s Pinwheel Blade and Handle

This task is connected to the Carnival Coins activity, and we’ve got a comprehensive guide for it if you need help. To get this item, start by finding a Carnival Coin. The most accessible one is located on the body with blue and white colors to your left as you initially enter the carnival area.

Instead, you could grab a second one earlier on by simply conquering the mini-boss named Puppet Master. You’ll find him straight ahead when you enter the carnival, making it quite difficult to overlook him!

After gathering at least one Carnival Coin, make your way to the location where the Puppet Master once stood (or still is!). Keep looking until you spot the Clown’s Circus sign that’s been pointed out in the above image. You can see this sign from the small arena where you battled the mini-boss. Then, head towards it.

You’ll notice a well-illuminated booth, decorated with a puppet, directly beneath the Clown’s Circus sign. Engage with it and use a Carnival Coin to unlock the entrance to the Clown’s Circus. Venture inside to take part in a brief mini-game.

Within the Clown’s Circus, climb the wooden staircase on your left and then tread on the illuminated platform situated right smack in the center of the circular performance area.

Immediately after setting foot on the platform, an array of clown figurines will emerge from the ground. You’ll need to strike them with your weapon, but be careful not to hit any of the bomb dolls that glow red.

Keep hitting enough of the dolls, and you’ll witness a brief sequence featuring a neighboring clown doll bursting. This will result in an item drop that you can gather to obtain the Maniac’s Pinwheel weapon. It’s a popular choice for customization, as it offers both a Handle and Blade!

Puppet of the Future’s Welder Blade and Handle

You’ll be able to acquire this item during Chapter 2 of Overture, specifically on your initial visit to the Zelator Underground Facility. Once you’re at the Zelator Underground Facility, proceed towards the Stargazer and then enter the tunnel located nearby.

In the tunnel, take the first left you can to exit into a bigger room.

Continue straight ahead and down the first slope, then take the left once again.

At the end of the hallway, go right and follow the path until you enter a pipe tunnel.

Inside this tunnel, go right first and follow the path until reach a big vertical pipe.

To leave the tunnel, first traverse beyond the pipe and ascend a rubble-built incline. Continue moving forward in the same direction and descend using the stairs until you reach the end.

After taking the stairs, turn to your right and go down the hallway there.

Then, at the end of the hallway, take the left corner.

Upon stepping into the room marked by a large, conspicuous bloodstain on the floor, veer to your right to discover a pipe that leads down via a rung-equipped structure. Grab hold of the ladder and descend.

Once you find yourself at a low point, spin around and head towards the tunnel situated before the ladder. Continue along this straight course until you ascend a metallic incline that leads into a prison section.

Breaking into the Prison

Once in the prison area, turn around and go into the open cell on your left.

In the cell next to yours, there’s a ladder near a large hole in the wall. Climb the ladder.

When you’ve managed to get out of your current cell, make your way along the corridor to reach the open cell located at the far left corner, which is visible in the screenshot provided earlier.

You’ll see a big square hole inside that cell, drop down into it.

Once you’ve fallen into the pit, leave your cell by passing through the open entrance, and you’ll find a ladder straight ahead for you to ascend.

Then, enter the first cell to your left once you’re up the ladder.

This cell contains another large square opening; go ahead and descend into it like you did earlier. Remember to restore yourself if necessary!

Immediately after descending into the hole, a mini-boss, resembling a Carcass, will break through the wall. A smart move would be to set it on fire since it’s vulnerable to that.

After defeating the foe, head back to its origin point. Inside you’ll find a red chest waiting for you. Open it to acquire the Puppet of the Future’s Welder weapon – complete with its blade and grip components.

La Vendetta Head and Handle

You’ll find the next weapon in the Zelator Underground Facility too, but remember, you can only get it after defeating Veronique. Once you’ve accomplished that task, head back to the lower section of the Zelator Underground Facility’s Stargazer area.

Afterward, proceed straight into the first pipe tunnel that’s to your right following a direct route. Continue until you descend again into another chamber.

Once there, take the stairs going up and follow them until you’re in a room full of jars and pots.

In that room, take the path on the left.

Then, as soon as you can, take another left again.

Go down the stairs to reach a room with a big hulking Carcass-type miniboss.

Kill the miniboss as you see fit and then enter the workshop behind where the boss was.

The La Vendetta weapon is hidden within a chest situated right in the heart of the workshop. Go ahead, grab it, and collect your prize!

Arche’s Guardian Blade and Handle

Moving forward with our list of weapon and Legion Arm locations for the “True Combat Gear Collector” trophy in Lies of P: Overture! In this instance, you’ll need to advance through the Ergo Mining Site during Chapter 3. At a certain stage, utilize a moving platform to traverse the level. Once you do, choose the path on your left.

Cross the short wooden bridge the path takes you to, but don’t leave the cave yet.

Instead, glance to your left where you’ll spot a descent leading to a scarlet chest. Be cautious as enemies may be present. Once you’ve dealt with them, unlock the chest to obtain the Arche’s Guardian weapon hidden inside.

Pale Knight (Unique)

In order to acquire another formidable weapon from Klaus, who requires scarce Ergo in exchange, you must first vanquish the Anguished Guardian of the Ruins. Being a significant main boss, it is inevitable that you will defeat them while progressing through Overture Chapter 3.

After you’ve successfully vanquished the Tormented Guardian in the Ruins, make your way back to Eventide Hotel Krat. There, have a chat with Klaus and decide to barter some scarce Ergo with him. The Pale Knight will be listed towards the bottom of the trading options, available for exchange of 1 Tortured Guardian’s Ergo.

Silent Evangelists’ Mace Head and Handle

In Overture Chapter 4, you’ll come across this weapon. Beginning at the Shipwreck Interior Stargazer location, continue along the primary route until you encounter a massive shipwreck that appears to be heading toward the lighthouse.

Upon entering the shipwreck, make your way upward along a wooden incline until you reach the farthest chamber within the vessel.

You’ll find a ladder there, which you can climb to get on top of the ship’s deck.

As a gamer, I’d say: “Step onto the ship’s deck and saunter towards the prow. You’ll spot a red treasure chest there. Crack open that chest and you’ll find the powerful Silent Evangelists’ Mace inside – it comes complete with its head and handle pieces.

Monad’s Rose Sword (Unique)

As a devoted fan, I’m excited to share that the ultimate weapon you can acquire in the Overture DLC is something you simply can’t afford to miss. In fact, this powerful artifact will be yours once you’ve triumphantly vanquished the final boss of the DLC!

Legion Arm Types | Lies of P: Overture – Weapon and Genius’s Legion Plugs Locations

Additionally, to earn the “True Combat Gear Collector” trophy in Lies of P: Overture, you’ll need not only the previously mentioned weapon locations, but also two new types of Legion Arms. These can be crafted at the Venigni Craft Machine using Genius’s Legion Plugs. In fact, there are two such plugs available, enabling you to acquire both Legion Arms during a single playthrough!

In my gaming adventure, I found the Genius’s Legion Plug by taking down an infected elephant on the Jungle Zone Walkway Stargazer during Overture Chapter 1. If you’re here, then chances are that elephant is now history – if not, congrats on being a step ahead of me!

In Chapter 3 of Overture, you can find the second Genius’s Legion Plug. Begin at the Ergo Mining Site Stargazer, then continue along the path on your left until you encounter a waterfall.

A strong miniboss puppet will emerge from the waterfall, so be ready to take it out!

After overcoming the puppet, approach the safe near the waterfall to crack it open. Gather the items inside to acquire the Genius’s Legion Plug. Lastly, utilize the Venigni Craft Machine located at Eventide Hotel Krat to manufacture both Legion Arms, and you’re finished with this task!

Here it is! You now know where to find all the weapons and Legion Arm locations in Lies of P: Overture. Accumulating them all will grant you the “True Combat Gear Collector” trophy or achievement. Furthermore, you’ll have a ton of fun new gadgets to enjoy along the way!
