In the prequel DLC for “The Lies of P: Overture,” you’ll find several fresh weapons to learn and conquer. Some of these weapons introduce entirely new gameplay modes, like long-range combat, which is a first. Additionally, there are four distinct weapons that can’t be dismantled and have exclusive move sets.
As a seasoned gamer diving into the dark world of Lies of P: Overture, I’ve compiled a handy list of the top nine freshly forged weapons you’ll want to snatch up and wield. Each weapon has its own unique acquisition method and location, so let’s get you equipped!
Arche’s Guardian
Chapter 3
Ergo Mining Site Stargazer
As a gamer, I’ll jump down, swing right and climb up the walkway until I pass the roaring waterfall ahead. I’ll then scale the ladder and make use of the moving platform to bridge the gap. Taking a left turn now, I’ll cross the wooden bridge, then scout for the burn barrel on a lower ledge to my left. After spotting it, I’ll hop down twice to get there, and finally, I’ll land on that burn barrel (and another one) to reach the chest hidden below, containing this new weapon.
This electrical-focused blade enhances rapidity during electric assaults once fully charged, offering an added benefit of enhanced dodging. Its thrusting shock attack extends to a moderate distance, while its sustained overhead lightning strike lasts for a considerable duration.
Can disassemble.
Death’s Talons
Chapter 1
Greenhouse Interior Stargazer
Pass through the large pair of doors and face off against Markiona, the Master of Mortality. Following that, have a conversation with novice adventurer Hugo to acquire this weapon by giving him the Ergo of the Sinister Puppeteer, which was obtained from Markiona.
With these freshly added claws, you can now adopt a swift combos playstyle, where you can rapidly link attacks one after another, reminiscent of a swift sword class.

La Vendetta
Chapter 2
Zelator Underground Facility Stargazer
After successfully overcoming Veronique, the Sweepers’ Leader, in the Coolant Control Room, return here and descend to your right into the tunnel. Proceed along this route until you encounter the main chamber featuring a mini-boss. The workshop room is located at the back of this space, containing both a chest and weapon components within.
A blunt weapon with explosive impact.
Can disassemble.
Lorenzini Bolt
Chapter 1
Jungle Zone Walkway Stargazer
Stick to the primary trail until you find a place to leave it and safely descend onto the iced-over stream below. Avoid getting hit by the colossal snowball made of ice that careens down the frozen waterfall, allowing it to shatter through the adversaries and the concealed ice wall, revealing a small cave containing the chest with the weapon inside.
A greatsword with a rocket-powered thrust that can also fire blades that explode upon impact.
Can disassemble.
Maniac’s Pinwheel
Chapter 1
Carnival Garden Stargazer
Make your way towards the enormous red circus clown and conquer it to obtain the Carnival Coin. Use that coin at the Clown’s Circus tent nearby to unlock the entrance. Finish the whack-a-mole mini-game to win the Maniac’s Pinwheel as a reward.
A sword of immense size, capable of boosting its attack power by spinning the pinwheels attached to it. This can be done either by running with it or using a grinding stone.
Can disassemble.
Monad’s Rose Sword
Defeat the final boss to be rewarded with this weapon in a cutscene.
A swift-moving, distinctly styled weapon resembling a sword, boasting an exclusive series of attacks. It’s primarily characterized by rapid combination strikes and a temporary invincibility phase during each slash. Notably, it emits fragrant rose petals when performing heavy assaults.
Cannot disassemble.
Pale Knight
Chapter 3
Destroyed Tram Station Stargazer
1. Pass through the heavy prison doors using your Secret Ruins Key, then lift the metallic gate to confront the Anguished Guardian of the Ruins.
2. After defeating the Anguished Guardian, converse with either Rookie Explorer Hugo or Klaus to acquire this weapon in return for the Tortured Guardian’s Ergo that you obtained from the Anguished Guardian.
This weapon leans more towards the gunblade style than the greatsword, and it falls within the medium range. It discharges potent explosive ammunition capable of propelling you backwards forcefully. Additionally, its thrusting attacks detonate upon impact, causing an explosion.
Cannot disassemble.
Puppet of the Future’s Welder
Chapter 2
Security Area Stargazer
Climb up a ladder to reach the second floor; locate a hole in one of the room’s floors to safely drop back down. Break through the wooden panels here and ascend again. Turn left and move through the cell so you can descend once more. Behind the damaged wall, which the adversary broke in from, you will discover the chest containing weapon components.
Fundamentally, this weapon is a fire-wielding greatsword primarily designed for charging forward with fiery lunges and igniting objects.
This sword not only slices but also shoots flames, making it perfect for both attacking and burning things!
Can disassemble.
Royal Horn Bow
Chapter 1
Hall of Adventure Stargazer
1. Head towards the hall that features the zebra exhibit,
2. Climb the staircase,
3. And keep moving to your right until you reach a chest.
Although the Dagger class has never seen a bow before, the Royal Horn Bow introduces a new playstyle with its long-range capabilities and an added bonus of unlimited ammunition.
Cannot disassemble.
The game, Lies of P: Overture, has nine exceptional new weapons, along with information on where and how to obtain them.
