The shoes for Rosaura can be located in the Carnival Garden area. To get there quickly, simply transport yourself to the Carnival Garden Stargazer within the DLC expansion. That’s also where you encounter Rosaura herself.

Head into the bustling carnival, make your way towards the towering Ferris wheel, and be prepared for any obstacles along the way. Whether you choose to confront the challenges or swiftly move around them is entirely your decision. Moving quickly might save you time, but it could also lead to potential dangers.

As soon as you reach the Ferris wheel, look out for a passenger compartment approaching the lowest point. When it does, swiftly step into that compartment.

Inside your vehicle, observe as one complete rotation of the wheel transpires. Eventually, this will bring you close to a wooden pathway where you can safely descend. Therefore, prepare to leap off when you’re nearly there.

Walk along the path right up to its end, and you’ll find yourself standing under the carousel’s tent. Look for an opening in the tent where you can jump or slide down into the carousel, but be mindful of the moving horses as you do so.

Once you descend onto the carousel, take notice of a red chest that radiates a distinct white light. Make sure to dodge the enemies and horses within the carousel as you move towards the glowing chest.

To wrap up this side quest in Lies of P: Overture, simply retrieve the Rose Shoes key item by opening the chest and taking its contents.
