As a devoted fan, I can’t help but reflect on the mixed reactions that last year’s blockbuster hit, “Yakuza-like Life: Unlimited Riches”, received. While it garnered widespread praise, some players took issue with its strategy of restricting the New Game Plus mode to the pricier Deluxe and Ultimate Editions. However, I’m thrilled to share that Sega appears to have taken note and won’t be making the same mistake with the upcoming “Yakuza-like Life” sequel.
In a recent gameplay presentation, Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio announced that “Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii” will include New Game Plus as a free additional content following its launch. The specific release date for this update is yet to be determined, but it’s reassuring to know that Sega is addressing concerns about their handling of the New Game Plus mode for “Infinite Wealth” last year.
The game titled “Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii” is scheduled to launch on February 14 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and personal computers.
