As a long-time fan of DONTNOD and their captivating narrative adventures, especially Life is Strange, I was absolutely thrilled to witness the gameplay reveal of Lost Records: Bloom and Rage. The blend of third-person and first-person perspectives, coupled with the ability to manipulate the camera for photo opportunities, promises an immersive experience that will keep me on the edge of my seat.
As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of experience under my belt, I must say that I was truly intrigued by the unveiling of DON’T NOD’s gameplay for “Lost Records: Bloom and Rage.” The narrative adventure title immediately caught my attention, particularly because it seemed to resonate with my own memories of simpler times.
In this game, similar to previous titles like Life is Strange, a third-person perspective is used, but there’s also a fresh first-person view for players. You can choose dialogue options and control the camera to capture photos. As the story unfolds, it becomes evident that Swann and Autumn’s reunion is far from a happy occasion.
The final detail uncovers that the package was sent to ‘Bloom and Rage’, the band’s name of their past group, which her mother received. What’s inside and its connection to a past event several decades ago remains a mystery for now, as we must wait to discover the answers.
The double album titled “Lost Records: Bloom and Rage” will be released in two parts – the initial part will debut on February 18th, 2025, followed by the second part on March 18th.
