A new bombshell entered the villa last night… sort of. Introducing: JoMi the teddy bear!

In the episode, Mimii’s firstborn child met her aunts for the first time. This occurred right after Josh presented her with a teddy bear as a gift. What a sweet moment!

In addition, the last recoupling took place outside of this, with new arrivals Lola Deluca and Harry Baker forming a pair, as Grace Jackson and Reuben Collins made the decision to switch partners.

Fancy another shocking development, everyone? 👀

As a film enthusiast, I can relate to Lola’s longing for love. Being single and having missed out on many opportunities in the past, I can understand why she’s excited about the prospect of Love Island helping her find that special someone.

She expressed that Love Island presents unique experiences, ones that might not come your way otherwise, before her entrance into the villa.

I’m looking forward to making new acquaintances, as it seems particularly opportune for me now. I can’t wait to meet everyone!

Josh Sunday Oyinsan

Jess Spencer

Job: Fashion stylist

Instagram: @jessleighanne_

London resident Jess characterizes herself as witty, playful, feisty, and open to romance, and had previously taken notice of Ayo prior to the arrival at Casa Amor.

This proved to be useful for Jess S as Ayo chose to recouple up with her, leaving Mimii single.

Jessy Potts

Age: 25

Job: Brand partnerships associate

From: Leicester

Instagram: @jessymaypotts

At the age of 25, Jessy Potts hails from Leicester and holds the role of a brand partnerships associate. In the villa, her eagerness and excitement are palpable as she looks forward to participating fully once she arrives.

She mentioned, prior to performing, “I have a witty and sarcastic sense of humor that is sure to amuse everyone. Additionally, being a Sagittarius, I’m known for my fiery spirit and unwillingness to keep quiet about my opinions. I don’t take rejection lightly.”

Jessy views herself as distinct from the Islanders, characterizing herself as “the neighboring girl with a touch of uniqueness.”

Matilda Draper

Age: 24

Instagram: @matildajdraper

Job: Recruitment consultant

On the 19th of June, I burst into the villa in a whirlwind and disrupted the peace as I selected Omar, Sean, and Wil for the Dishy Dates challenge.

She expressed her excitement about being on the show by saying, “I aim to add some cheerfulness to the Villa. I’m known for my light-heartedness and ability to keep things fun. If the atmosphere in the Villa becomes too heavy, I plan to inject some humor with a well-timed joke or a ‘would you rather’ question.”

“I can’t get enough of Would You Rather games. I have over 80 questions saved on my phone, and every time I discover a new one, I jot it down before drifting off to sleep.”

Grace Jackson

Age: 25

Instagram: @gracexrosa

Job: Influencer

Grace Jackson, a fresh new arrival at the villa since last Friday (14th June), happens to be Joey Essex’s past love interest.

She expressed her eagerness to make new acquaintances and engage in meaningful conversations during her stay.

I understand that expressing vulnerability and sharing personal experiences can be challenging, but here’s my take based on the given statement:

Ayo Odukoya

Age: 25

Instagram: @cozy.a1

Job: Model

From: Canning Town

Why Love Island and why now?

Based on my own experiences and observations, it seems that giving love another try can be a worthwhile endeavor. I’ve been there before, feeling the longing and the yearning for a connection that truly resonates with me. It’s an incredible feeling to find someone who understands you and makes you feel seen and appreciated. However, I must admit that I am not particularly fond of spending too much time outdoors. Lately, I have had my fill of fresh air and sunshine, and I find myself craving the comfort and familiarity of indoor spaces. The thought of curling up with someone special, sharing experiences and creating new memories together, is a tantalizing prospect that I would gladly welcome into my life once more.

What do you think you’ll bring to the Villa?

Based on my rich experiences and outgoing personality, I believe I have the ability to add excitement and happiness to any situation. People would find me approachable and comfortable to be around, someone they can confide in or simply share a good laugh with. My charisma and unique perspective on life make me a valuable companion that everyone would want to take along on their journey.

What makes you a catch?

In simpler terms, I believe my polite demeanor makes people respond positively towards me. When I authentically reveal myself to someone, they often mirror that behavior and make me feel at ease in their company. My presence radiates a friendly and welcoming energy.

Joey Essex

Age: 33

Instagram: @joeyessex

Job: TV personality

From: Southwark, London

Joey Essex made an impressive entrance into the Love Island villa, leaving both the Islanders and viewers surprised by his unexpected arrival as a new contestant.

Sean Stone

Age: 24

Instagram: @seanstone__

Job: Sweet salesman

From: Hertford

Why Love Island and why now?

I’ve consistently valued building connections throughout my life. Finding someone special to share experiences with brings an indescribable sense of joy. Currently, I believe the moment is right, but what’s still eluding me is my other half – my soulmate.

What makes you a catch?

He stands at an impressive height of around 5 feet 11 inches, not quite reaching the 6-foot mark. His physique is marked by tallness, darkness, and handsomeness. He boasts a captivating smile with perfectly aligned teeth, and his arms and abs add to his alluring package.

How would your friends and family describe you?

I’m a compassionate and considerate person who puts others before myself. If you ever found yourself stranded with a flat tire on the motorway, I wouldn’t hesitate to help you out, even if it was late at night.

Mimii Ngulube

Age: 24

Instagram: @mimiitafara

Job: Mental Health Nurse

From: Portsmouth

Why Love Island and why now?

As a passionate swimmer, I’ve found the swimming scene in Portsmouth to be less than fruitful for me. I’ve given dating a try and interacted with people on social media, but unfortunately, nothing has led to substantial connections. Applying to join the team was an impulsive decision, never imagining that I would make it this far.

What do you think you’ll bring to the Villa?

As someone who has always been deeply connected to my female friendships, I can truly say that they are the bedrock of my life. My girls and I have a special bond that goes beyond just being friends; we’re each other’s support systems, confidantes, and sources of joy. So when it comes to entering the dating scene again, I know that being a good friend will be an essential part of who I am.

How would friends/family describe you?

“Loving, supportive, considerate, empathetic, loyal, and I’ve got a big heart!”

Ciaran Davies

Age: 21

Instagram: @ciarandaviesss

Job: Surveyor

From: Pencoed, South Wales

Why Love Island and why now?

“I’m ready now, I believe I have reached the right age and maturity level for a committed relationship with the suitable partner.”

If you had to pick three of the most important things you look for in a partner what would they be?

In my opinion, both appearance and a good sense of humor are essential for me. I’m known for playing pranks and enjoying a good laugh, so I’d be drawn to someone who can match my wit. As for relationships, I strongly believe that loyalty is the most valuable trait to look for.

What’s your claim to fame?

During my trip to Malia with the guys, I couldn’t get us past the club door. So, I assumed the identity of Liam Reardon from the seventh series to deceive them. Amazingly, it worked! We were granted access to an exclusive booth and enjoyed complimentary drinks throughout the night.

Nicole Samuel

Age: 24

Instagram: @nicolesams123

Job: Accounts manager

From: Aberdare

What do you think you’ll bring to the Villa?

“I have a vibrant and larger-than-life character, I believe I’ll stand out among the residents in the Villa with my distinct personality.”

Why would you say you’re single?

“I’ve been relishing my freedom as a single woman, and the affection of various gentlemen has added to the enjoyment. It’s exciting! The girls’ trips have been a blast without any worries about someone waiting for me. We text each other late into the night while I’m still out living it up until 4 a.m.”

Tell us something not many people know about you?

In the year 2011, I achieved the title of World Champion in dancing, an accomplishment not widely known. My background, however, was that of a professional street dancer.

Dumped islanders

Konnor Ewudzi – DUMPED in episode 45

Age: 28

Instagram: @konnorewudzi

Job: Barber

Ciaran and Nicole had to make a tough choice on the island and decided to eliminate Konnor and Lolly from the group.

Speaking of his exit, Konnor said it felt “strange”.

“After living in the villa for a month, I became accustomed to it, yet looking back, it was truly wonderful,” he remarked.

Lolly Hart – DUMPED in episode 45

Age: 30

Job: Long haul cabin crew

Instagram: @lollyhart_

I supported Lolly when she suddenly found herself leaving the villa with Konnor after Nicole and Ciaran made a difficult decision to part ways with them.

When asked about her feelings as they prepared to depart, Lolla expressed: “It’s an enjoyable experience for me to leave with Konnor. Our time in the villa was genuinely pleasant, making it even more rewarding to be going with him. As a fresh couple, I can empathize with Ciaran and Nicole’s choice.”

Emma Milton – DUMPED in episode 38

Age: 30

Job: Fashion content creator

Instagram: @emmamilton

After the shake-up at Casa Amor, Konnor decided to reconnect with Emma. However, their relationship evolved into a friendship, and eventually, Emma was eliminated from the villa.

Regarding her departure, Emma expressed, “It seems fitting. I didn’t encounter my match among them, and none of the villa residents were suitable for me at that moment. Instead of trying to force something inauthentic to me, it feels proper for me to depart now.”

In the villa, I’ve formed strong bonds with certain individuals that I hope will last a lifetime. I’ve cherished every moment spent there and made some truly remarkable friends. Participating in this experience was an unforgettable chance that I am grateful for having taken part in. Consequently, I’m content with my decision to depart now.

Jess White – DUMPED in episode 38

Age: 25

Instagram: @jessamywhite

Job: Retail Manager

From: Stockport

Jess has been in the Love Island since day one, but by week five her time was up!

I couldn’t help but feel a mix of emotions as I prepared to leave the villa. I had set a goal for myself to make it past the first week, and achieving that goal in reaching week five left me feeling incredibly proud.

I’ve had the most unexpected and delightful experience of my life! It was nothing like I had imagined it to be, yet it surpassed all my expectations in ways I could have never foreseen. The Islanders I lived with in the villa were not just individuals on a reality show, but rather a diverse group of fascinating people whose stories and journeys touched me deeply. Their warmth, kindness, and camaraderie went beyond what I had ever experienced before.

Hugo Godfroy – DUMPED in episode 38

Age: 24

Job: Electrician

Instagram: @hugo_godfroy

After receiving the fewest votes by the public, Hugo was dumped from the villa.

Regarding his departure, Hugo expressed: “I truly enjoyed every moment, though it was brief. I wished to stay longer as the company was wonderful. However, making friends with Jess turned out to be the most valuable outcome. I remained authentic and put forth my best efforts. Alas, someone had to depart, leaving me with a radiant grin.”

Blade Siddiqi – DUMPED in episode 38

Age: 29

Job: Butler in the buff

Instagram: @bladesiddiqi

After returning to the main villa with Grace following Casa Amor, Blade and she didn’t remain a romantic item for long and instead became good friends.

When it came time for the public to choose their favorite boy among the contestants, Blade unfortunately didn’t receive many votes and thus got eliminated from the show.

Blade shared his feelings about departing from the villa, expressing gratitude for the remarkable experience. He described it as an emotional journey filled with ups and downs, cherishing each moment. This chance was unique and a great honor for him. He’s eager to reunite with his family and resume normal life, including his gym routine.

Uma Jammeh – LEFT in episode 37

Age: 23

Instagram: @umajammeh

Job: Model

From: North London

When Reuben shockingly picked Uma as his partner instead, leaving Wil without a match and subsequently eliminated from the island, Uma’s choice caused quite a stir in the villa.

Once the news became clear, Uma said: “I’m gonna leave, sorry. I’m not staying here without him.”

As I prepared to leave the villa, a pang of sadness hit me. I’d formed such deep connections with the people there that it had begun to feel like my home. But I knew it was time to go. I wanted to stay true to myself and honor my feelings for Wil, which were growing stronger by the day. It wasn’t an easy decision, but ultimately, I knew it was the right one for me.

Wil Anderson – DUMPED in episode 37

Age: 23

Instagram: @wilanderson

Job: Quantity surveyor

When the new arrival Reuben decided to pair up with Uma, it left Wil feeling singled out. In a harsh turn of events, he was informed that he had been eliminated from the villa.

As Wil bid farewell to the villa, he declared, “Things didn’t go as planned, but I’ve never been more content. I departed with the girl I came for, and she’s simply extraordinary. Her decision to leave only underscores how much she values me, marking a new chapter in our relationship.”

Trey Norman – DUMPED in episode 35

Age: 24

Job: Commercial insurance broker

From: Doncaster

Instagram: @treynorman0311

I’ve come across Trey Norman, a bold 24-year-old commercial insurance broker hailing from Doncaster. He doesn’t shy away from potential confrontations with the Islanders, should the situation call for it.

Despite causing minimal offense, he formed a bond with Ellie during Casa Amor. Unfortunately, their relationship didn’t make it past the public vote for the strongest connection and they were eliminated.

Trey said he felt “amazing” following his exit.

He expressed his astonishment and deep appreciation for the chance he’s had: “This has been an incredible journey, and I can’t express enough gratitude.” Excited for what lies ahead, he’s a bit sad to part ways with everyone, as he’s formed meaningful bonds: “I’m feeling a mix of emotions – sadness at leaving, but also buzzing with excitement about the future and all that I’ve accomplished.”

Ellie Jackson – DUMPED in episode 35

Age: 22

Job: Senior executive assistant

Instagram: @elliejackson._x

Before knowing Ciaran at Casa Amor, Ellie developed a bond with Trey Norman, which led him to reunite with her.

Yet, the connection between them in the villa didn’t persist as they were both eliminated based on the audience’s decision for the best-suited pairing.

Regarding her departure, Ellie expressed, “It’s a mix of emotions. I believe I was not given enough time, which makes me feel sad. However, I had an incredible journey throughout the experience.”

Harriett Blackmore – DUMPED in episode 26

Age: 24

Instagram: @harriblackmorex

Job: Dancer & Personal Shopper

From: Brighton

When Harriett and Ronnie didn’t receive sufficient support from the viewers, they were eliminated from Love Island.

Harriet expressed her disappointment at having to leave, sharing, “I still felt there was more for me to explore in the villa. People may believe that Ronnie and I should have been the ones to go, but ultimately, everyone has their own perspective.”

Ronnie Vint – DUMPED in episode 26

Age: 27

Instagram: @ronnievint

Job: Semi Professional Footballer

From: South East London

After Ronnie and Harriet were identified as potential elimination contenders, it was subsequently disclosed that they had been removed from the villa based on public votes.

Regarding his departure, Ronnie expressed: “I entered the villa being true to myself, so I leave with pride. I wished to stay a bit longer, but my tenure had ended. I believe I contributed positively as an Islander and accomplished what I set out to do. It was an incredible experience for me.”

Tiffany Leighton – DUMPED in episode 21

Age: 25

Instagram: @tiffanyleighton_

Job: HR coordinator

Tiffany was the final bombshell to arrive on Love Island on Friday.

She expressed her excitement about joining the show by saying, “I’ve had enough of living my most fabulous life as a bachelorette. Now, I’m eager to meet my soulmate. Let me make it clear to all the other contestants: I’m determined and ready to fall in love in this villa, so be warned, gentlemen.”

Omar Nyame – DUMPED in episode 21

Age: 25

Instagram: @omarnyame

Job: PE teacher

From: Croydon

Omar Nyame became the third surprise contestant to join the villa – and his initial interaction on the program will involve going on a date with Mimi, who found herself single after the first round of pairings in this season.

According to reports, Omar is close friends with renowned grime artist Stormzy. He shares that his intention in the villa is to seek genuine romantic connection as he has grown tired of casual flings.

He expressed his intention to bring an energetic and lively atmosphere, along with frequent amusing moments, to the series. Furthermore, he shared his goal of ensuring that everyone enjoys themselves and experiences happiness while watching.

Samantha Kenny – DUMPED in episode 16

Age: 26

Instagram: @samanthakennymakeup

Job: Make-up artist

From: Liverpool

Why Love Island and why now?

“I’m eager to find a serious relationship and Love Island presents a fantastic chance to meet someone new outside my local circle. I have a soft spot for those with a Cockney accent, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed for a suitable match among the contestants.”

What do you think you’ll bring to the Villa?

In my own perspective, I’m quite certain to add some excitement with my strong opinions and open emotions. I’m also known for being lively and bringing a good sense of humor. Plus, I’ll bring a touch of Liverpool style and glamour.

Why would you say you’re single?

I often find myself feeling isolated from social life due to my demanding work schedule. Weekends are usually taken up by long hours at the office, leaving little time for going out or exploring new places in Liverpool. Instead, when I yearn for a night out, I head down to London, a place where I feel more alive and connected. There’s just something about the energy and camaraderie of the southern boys that appeals to me – they’re tall, dark, and have that distinctive Cockney charm. My life experience has shown me that London offers an excitement and vibrancy that I haven’t found elsewhere.

Patsy Field – DUMPED in episode 10

Age: 29

Instagram: @patsylouu

Job: Office Administrator

From: Orpington

Why Love Island and why now?

“After much consideration, I believe I’m now prepared to meet an attractive partner. Love Island seems like a great place to potentially find some charming and handsome men. With a few new gray hairs appearing, I feel it’s important that I find someone special soon.”

If there was one thing you’d want your new fellow Islanders to know about you, what would it be?

“I have a unique feature about myself, which is my condition called Ebs Palsy, something I’ve been born with. This aspect doesn’t shape my identity entirely, but it sets me apart in a distinctive way. Despite this, I’ve managed to adapt and thrive, and it hasn’t hindered my progress in any significant way.”

How would friends/family describe you?

According to my friends, I’m known for being the most outspoken person among our group. I’m often the one who volunteers for daring activities, and they describe me as the lively and spirited individual who brings joy and excitement to every gathering.

“According to my family, I have a strong tendency to take charge and insist on getting things done my way. They might say that I act like the one in control.”

Munveer Jabbal – DUMPED in episode 10

Age: 30

Instagram: @munveerj

Job: Recruitment manager

From: Surbiton, Surrey

Why Love Island and why now?

“I’ve had poor luck with dating in London. But the thought of being among attractive people in a sunny villa is too tempting to resist! At 30 years old, it’s time for me to consider my next move seriously, and what could be more appealing than…”

Why would you say you’re single?

Based on my own experiences and current situation, I can relate to the sentiment of not having found the right partner yet. I confess that I can be quite selective and have high standards when it comes to relationships. Dating in a bustling city like London can be an exhausting experience at times. The constant uncertainty of who’s single and who’s not, as well as dealing with the crowds and distractions, can make finding a meaningful connection feel like a daunting task.

What’s your claim to fame?

“I’m mates with Spencer Morgan (Piers Morgan’s son). We met when I moved to Fulham in 2018.”

Sam Taylor – DUMPED in episode 2

Age: 23

Instagram: @samtaylorhair

Job: Hair Stylist

From: Chesterfield

Why Love Island and why now?

In my current stage of life, what I yearn for is the chance to build a genuine bond with someone. For quite a while now, I’ve been on the hunt for this connection, yet I haven’t managed to find it. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that I’ll discover that elusive spark at the Villa.

What makes you a catch?

As a film enthusiast, I believe I possess a rich inner world with layers that run deep. I hope this depth and substance will serve me well in forming meaningful connections.

If there was one thing you’d want your new fellow Islanders to know about you, what would it be?

Based on my own experiences, I strongly believe that one should never judge a book by its cover. Appearances can be deceiving, and what you see on the outside doesn’t always reflect what’s on the inside. Take me for example, I may come across as a tall, tattooed guy who looks far from being someone who makes a living by making girls’ hair look pretty. But that’s exactly what I do. My appearance is just a small part of who I am and what I’m capable of. People often make assumptions based on how we look, but the truth is, everyone has a unique story to tell, and it’s important to give people the benefit of the doubt and get to know them for who they truly are.

Love Island 2024 continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
