The occasion transpired in London, where the showrunner Jess Brownell, along with Luke Thompson (who stars as Benedict), and season 4’s fresh female lead Yerin Ha, portraying Sophie Baek, participated in a question-and-answer session overseen by none other than Golda Roshuevel, our very own Queen Charlotte.
In the question-and-answer session, it was disclosed that Thompson discussed matters concerning the leading role in the series with Regé-Jean Page, Jonathan Bailey, and Luke Newton, seeking their guidance.

Moreover, she mentioned that she has been communicating with a few of her predecessors, such as Phoebe Dynevor, Simone Ashley, and Nicola Coughlan, and they essentially told her: “Should you need guidance, feel free to ask for it. Yet, don’t let the fans’ enthusiasm intimidate you.
At the recent gathering, it was additionally verified that Ashley is rejoining the cast as Kate Sharma, following Jonathan Bailey’s confirmation of his participation in season 4 earlier last year. Previously, Bailey expressed his enthusiasm for the show, stating, “It’s such an amazing experience to be a part of. There’s room for new faces, and Luke and Yerin are going to be fantastic. So I’ll always drop by and say hello.”
