On the 18th of April, you’ll find the revamped Lunar Remastered Collection by GungHo Online Entertainment available in stores at a price of $49.99. It can be purchased on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC platforms, and will also work with PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
In addition to digital versions, both physical editions with flip covers will be available in North America through Amazon ($54.99) and Europe for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch from Clear River Games (€54.99). These editions showcase fresh artwork by the Lunar series’ animation director and character designer, Toshiyuki Kubooka, from games like Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete and Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete.
The enhanced Lunar Remastered Collection, following Game Arts’ renowned RPG series, boasts upgraded graphics, widescreen compatibility, multiple language choices such as English, Japanese, French, and German, and fully vocalized attack sequences featuring a fresh English dub.
Fans have the option to switch to a traditional setting, immersing themselves in authentic visuals while testing new convenience options such as accelerating battle sequences. Extra adjustments for simplifying fights are also at their disposal. Keep an eye out for further enhancements over the next few months.
