Mackenzie McKee’s family is growing.
Approximately a month following the announcement by the star of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter that she’s expecting twins with her fiancé and soccer player Khesanio Hall, they disclosed the gender of their infants.
On the May 8th episode of MTV’s series, the engaged couple – who have been dating for nearly two years and got engaged last May – organized a Goals or Bows-themed gender reveal party at their home. With Mackenzie, aged 30, standing close by her family and friends, Khesanio appropriately kicked several soccer balls that produced pink smoke, revealing they are expecting twin girls.
This announcement is particularly delightful, given that the reality star has three sons – Gannon (aged 13), Jaxie (aged 10), and Broncs (aged 7) – whom she had with her former spouse, Josh McKee.
Prior to the airing of the episode, Mackenzie provided some details about her pregnancy with Khesanio (age 30) in an Instagram Q&A session, as reported by People. Many fans inquired about her well-being, specifically how she’s been handling her diabetes during the twin pregnancy.
She shared that this pregnancy differs from the previous three. With an insulin pump, Dexcom, and a fantastic diabetes care team, her sugar levels have been exceptional, and the babies are thriving and developing wonderfully.
During her March 31 interview on “The Drew Barrymore Show,” Mackenzie initially disclosed that she was growing her family, marking the early stages of her pregnancy. Previously, she enthusiastically shared that the upcoming twins were deliberately conceived, hinting at her past experiences with in-vitro fertilization (IVF) involving her three previous children.
And when the mom of five isn’t gushing over motherhood, she’s praising her romance with Khesanio.
She shared with TopMob News last May that it’s already been close to two years without a single warning sign, and she confidently stated that he is completely her match.
In my perspective, we truly resonate with one another. On our very first encounter, I felt an instant connection, as if to say, ‘Wow, this feels incredibly harmonious.’

In 2009, viewers witnessed Catelynn Lowell and her long-time partner Tyler Baltierra make the challenging decision to put their first child, Carly, up for adoption during the debut season of ’16 and Pregnant’. The beloved pair tied the knot in August 2015, and over the subsequent years, they have expanded their family with three more daughters: Novalee, Vaeda, and Rya.
Despite the lingering pain of Carly’s absence, living with her adoptive parents Brandon and Teresa Davis, I can’t help but remain hopeful and support their relentless pursuit of a brighter tomorrow.
Catelynn expressed to TopMob News in January 2025 that their bond “depends on what she desires.” In essence, whether she wants a connection with her biological siblings, or a relationship with them, is fine. If she doesn’t, they understand completely. Ultimately, it should be focused around the adoptee’s needs and preferences.
As a dedicated follower, I recall that just under half a year into our relationship, Maci Bookout found herself grappling with Ryan Edwards’ immaturity during their stint on the show 16 and Pregnant. Despite their engagement, they parted ways less than a year after the birth of their son Bentley in 2008.
Currently, they are making efforts to establish a strong co-parenting bond. Back in 2023, Maci shared with TopMob News, “Things are going well,” and further stated that Ryan has been more reliable than possibly ever before.
In 2012, Maci discovered her lifelong partner, Taylor McKinney from Texas. Together they started expanding their team, and soon after, they became parents to daughter Jayde in May 2015. A year later, they were blessed with a son named Maverick. They tied the knot in Florida in October of the same year.
In 2023, she shared with TopMob News that her life partner is simply her soulmate. Despite tough times they’ve faced together, she admitted that at the end of the day, she still prefers him. She enjoys his company and would rather experience ups and downs with him than be without any difficulties with anyone else.
Regardless of having different partners now, the MTV celebrities who became close during the production of The Challenge still jointly raise their daughter, Ryder, as a team.
From the very start of Cory entering Ryder’s life, the primary focus for us has been ensuring Cory becomes a truly committed father and parent, rather than just a dad who only appears in fun or photo-worthy moments,” Cheyenne shared with TopMob News in March 2020. “I wasn’t interested in having a ‘Disneyland dad’ or an ‘Instagram dad’. I wanted Cory to be fully involved. It seems that from the beginning, he admired my approach and that’s why our co-parenting relationship works so well.
Following the conclusion of their romance in 2018, the duo chose to rekindle their relationship. On her 28th birthday celebration, Cheyenne shared on Instagram that she was once again with Zach. In May 2021, they were blessed with their first child, a son named Ace, and tied the knot in September 2022.
In an interview with TopMob News in 2024, Cheyenne shared, “For the past two years, we’ve been crossing items off our bucket list. Our dream was to have a baby, and now we have Ace. We wished to get married, and we had a beautiful wedding ceremony. We desired to buy a house, and we successfully purchased our dream home.
Now, she added, “I have no desire for action or setting a new objective. Instead, I yearn for tranquility, to simply sit. My aim is to remain still and content with our current situation. All I ask is that we appreciate each other more deeply. That’s all I crave.
Establishing a connection during filming for the reality show “Ex on the Beach” might not seem like the beginning of a love story at first glance, but fast forward several years and the arrival of two daughters named Mila and Maya, Cory and Taylor Selfridge from “Are You the One?” are still causing quite a stir.
In 2023, he confided in TopMob News that they had recently purchased a house. He also acknowledged the curiosity of many regarding his wedding plans, stating, “Yes, conversations about it are happening. We’ve discussed everything except for the ring and me making my intentions clear to her. Taylor deserves this moment, and it’s something we both want. At present, we are merely taking steps towards that goal.
After marrying Mackenzie Standifer in May 2017, Ryan decided to seek help at a rehab facility not long after. Their first son, Jagger, was born in 2018 while Ryan was still undergoing treatment.
Following their wedding in May 2017, Ryan entered rehab shortly afterwards, with Mackenzie Standifer giving birth to their first child, Jagger, in 2018 during the course of his treatment.
Despite welcoming their daughter Stella in January 2020, Mackenzie decided to file for divorce three years later. Currently, Ryan is betrothed to Amanda Conner, who is pregnant with their first child.
Despite their highly controversial relationship ending definitively in 2013, the pair successfully coparented their teenage daughter Leah for several years after that.
In January 2022, Amber shared with TopMob News that we enjoy each other’s company from a distance. However, she emphasized the strength of our bond, stating that it feels more like a family than any other relationship.
It’s worth noting that families can have disagreements from time to time. Lately, Amber has been sharing posts online that imply her relationship with Gary might not be as amicable as it once was.
Following several years as a couple, a proposal and a brief appearance on ‘Marriage Boot Camp’, Amber and Massachusetts native Matt Baier ended their engagement in the year 2017.
On Dr. Drew Pinsky’s podcast, Amber admitted that at some point, she stopped being interested in the relationship because she had heard too many things and didn’t care anymore. She built a barrier to protect herself from getting hurt again.
Amber developed a romantic relationship with Andrew Glennon during the filming of “Marriage Boot Camp.” They first appeared together as a couple at the 2017 MTV Movie Awards, and in May 2018, they welcomed their first child, named James.
However, the pair went their separate ways soon after Amber faced charges for domestic assault in July 2019. Following a challenging legal dispute, it was determined that their son would primarily reside with California-born Andrew, who was granted both legal and physical custody in 2022.
The “Teen Mom” celebrity expressed to TopMob News that they have put in a lot of effort to enhance themselves personally and strengthen their bonds with their children. They emphasized that, despite being open about their history of substance abuse and mental health issues, everyone deserves a chance to make amends for their past mistakes and not be defined solely by those issues.
Undeterred by obstacles, she reassured, “Even if your path hasn’t been smooth-sailing, yet you’ve made efforts to grow into a stronger, more compassionate individual today. Keep pressing on, just as I do. I’ll never waver in my struggle for my cherished children, who mean the world to me.
Following an online encounter with Amber, Dimitri Garcia first appeared on Teen Mom OG in April 2020. On the program, Amber revealed that “Dimitri is from Belgium and he’s 39 years old, making him 10 years my senior. However, he’s quite an attractive man.” She continued by stating, “As we grew closer, we decided to meet because we both have feelings for each other.
Back in April 2021, Amber publicly shared on the “Teen Mom OG” reunion special that she was still dating Dimitri. She stated, “We’ve been acquainted for approximately 18 months, but I haven’t met him in a year.” Despite not making an official breakup announcement, Amber later introduced her new boyfriend, Gary Wayt, during a June 2024 episode of “Teen Mom: The Next Chapter.
After Amber matched with Gary 2.0 on a dating app in the autumn of 2023, he became visible when she presented him to her fellow cast members during a virtual gathering. (The “Teen Mom” alum introduced him to them.)
Despite his proposal in May 2024, their relationship didn’t last long. During her trip to North Carolina for her brother’s wedding in June, Gary left them following an argument, causing Amber to file a missing persons report.
And while Gary was soon located, the duo’s engagment wasn’t the only thing left broken.
Amber expressed that she went through a harrowing experience, believing her fiancé was deceased for about three to four days. She had to cope with the pain of loss and grapple with the incomprehensible question of why someone would cause such anguish for her. At this moment, she is working through a challenging situation.
She went on, “This man shattered me. Before, I had been steadfast. Now, for the first time in years, something as simple as a man proposing has left me feeling unsettled.
Several months following the arrival of their daughter Emilee in April 2015, Gary and his partner Kristina Anderson decided to formalize their union with a charming beach wedding.
In a 2022 Instagram post, Gary expressed, “You possess one of the kindest and most radiant spirits I’ve encountered. I can’t imagine navigating life without your presence by my side.
Two months before the birth of Sophia, Farrah Abraham’s father tragically passed away in an accident that took place in December 2008.
In the time since she lost her boyfriend from high school, Farrah has been intermittently dating Simon Saran, a real estate agent, for more than two years now.
Even after our 2017 parting ways took a turn for the worst, with legal threats flying left and right, I’ve still held onto hope that we could somehow manage to stay on friendly terms…kind of.
Simon expressed to TopMob News that he harbors no ill feelings towards Farrah. He explained they come from distinct backgrounds; she prefers a fabricated lifestyle, while he seeks authenticity. Despite their differences, Simon expresses his hopes for her well-being and continued success in all her future ventures.
Jenelle Evans and Andrew Lewis, who are Jace’s parents, parted ways shortly after his birth in 2009. Regrettably, Jenelle has had minimal involvement in her son’s life since then.
Jenelle pondered during a 2019 episode of ‘Teen Mom 2’, feeling regretful since Jace’s father is involved. However, she understands his character, and she doesn’t wish for him to disappoint her son. She doesn’t want him to reappear only to disappear again.
Following a one-year marriage with Courtland Rogers and giving birth to her second child, Kaiser, with former partner Nathan Griffin in 2014, Jenelle then married David Eason on their North Carolina property in September 2017, eight months after they had their daughter Ensley.
Following a difficult period, David was accused of a minor child abuse offense concerning Jace. Jenelle compared it to a smear campaign at that time. Later, she disclosed they had parted ways. She stated that while she wished to proceed directly with divorce, the state of North Carolina required them to be legally separated for a year first. Additionally, she mentioned, you must demonstrate two separate residences as well.
Recall the man who inquired from his former girlfriend when he could finalize the documents regarding what he called a “mistake,” referring to Chelsea Houska?
Completely in the rearview.
Despite the long-standing expectations, the Teen Mom star now recognized on HGTV maintains a surprisingly harmonious bond with her high school ex, Adam Lind, who is Aubree’s mother. As she shared with Us Weekly, “The atmosphere is positive, and it’s simply an open relationship.” She further emphasized, “There’s no hostility, we occasionally meet up, and everything goes smoothly.
Back in 2014, when Chelsea and Cole DeBoer first met at a gas station, their encounter blossomed into an enduring relationship that culminated in marriage in October 2016. Since then, they’ve added three children to their family – Watson in 2017, Layne in 2018, and Walker in 2021. Recently, this loving couple embarked on a shared endeavor: the creation of their HGTV series, “Down Home Fab”.
Speaking with TopMob News, Chelsea expressed her desire for their potential return to TV. She wanted it to be a fun, positive experience where they could genuinely express themselves, stating, “It just felt so fitting for us.” In her own words, she described this as an exciting chance to do exactly that.
As a lifestyle expert, I’d rephrase it as: Despite my best efforts to transform our friendship into an everlasting union, Leah Messer and Corey Simms found themselves filing for divorce just six months following their wedding in October 2010 – a decision that affected us as parents of the now-teenage twins, Aleeah and Aliannah.
Corey has been married to Miranda Patterson since 2013.
In 2012, Leah tied the knot with Jeremy Calvert, and the following year, they became parents to a daughter named Adalynn.
Despite parting ways back in 2015, they’ve put forth an admirable effort in co-parenting their daughter, with outcomes that aren’t always smooth. Leah shared her feelings about this experience with TopMob News, expressing, “I see a more complete, improved version of myself.” She continued, “Watching them engage in activities they adore and having the opportunity to be there for them brings an enchanting sense of fulfillment. I cherish it. I cherish being a mom, particularly a mother to daughters.
By the year 2021, when Leah made their relationship Instagram official with Jaylan Mobley, this U.S. Army officer had already won over not only Leah but also her daughters with his charm.
The couple announced their engagement in August 2022, but broke up that October.
A year ago, the ‘Teen Mom’ celebrity admitted to TopMob News that they needed the breakup. They reflected that it was an important learning experience for them, and now, as they move on, they believe their life is just starting fresh with newfound knowledge.
Kailyn Lowry had her first child, Isaac, with her high school sweetheart Jo Rivera when she was only 17 years old, back in the year 2010.
Although they parted ways a year later, they now have a harmonious co-parenting setup. Interestingly, Kailyn teamed up with Jo’s wife, Vee Torres, to host her discontinued “Baby Mamas No Drama” podcast. Reflecting on the past, Kailyn stated on X after attending Jo and Vee’s 2018 wedding, “We’ve traveled a long road since we were 18. I couldn’t wish for a better stepmother for Isaac.
In November 2013, Kailyn’s second boy, Lincoln, became part of the team. This happened about a year after Kailyn, then a prominent figure on Teen Mom 2, tied the knot with her son’s father, Javi Marroquin.
In late 2016, the relationship between Javi and his fiancée Lauren Comeau (who already have a son named Eli) has had its ups and downs. They announced in December 2023 that they were expecting their second child, a baby girl.
Despite having boys named Lux and Creed together with partner Chris Lopez throughout their intermittent relationship, Kailyn eventually decided to end things permanently.
2020 saw me sharing no communication at all, as I shared with TopMob News. I am optimistic that things will improve over time, but I don’t have a grand plan or specific expectations. I choose to remain positive and hopeful, wishing only the best for our children, may they navigate their way through whatever lies ahead.
With her current partner Elijah Scott, Kailyn now experiences a stable and robust relationship. As she shared with People, Elijah, the father of her son Rio and twins Verse and Valley, stands out from her past partners and their fathers. She described him as someone who works hard on construction sites yet remains deeply family-oriented. He is closely bonded with his own family as well as hers, making him an excellent partner for Kailyn, whom she feels complements her well.
A strong enough one that she finally said yes to one of his many proposals, in fact.
In response to TopMob News’ questioning in September 2024, Kailyn clarified that her neighbor-turned-spouse had repeatedly proposed marriage, and she never explicitly declined him. Instead, she explained, “I responded with a ‘yes,’ but added that it wasn’t the right time yet.
And while she admitted that the construction worker had certainly influenced her thoughts on marriage, she’s not in any hurry to run out and purchase a white wedding gown. Kailyn quipped, “Whether or not we get married is largely dependent on the specific day you happen to ask me.
Despite experiencing numerous highs and lows since the birth of their daughter Kloie in 2017, Indiana residents Jade Cline and Sean Austin hinted to followers in January 2022 that they were experiencing a positive turn in their lives.
She informed TopMob News that significant events transpired in our lives, and substantial advancements occurred in Sean’s life too, as well as his future. I am extremely proud of him and where we find ourselves now. Eight months later, the couple revealed their engagement, tying the knot in October 2023.
In 2024, Jade shared with TopMob News that her relationship isn’t flawless all the time, but they have a strong bond of love and manage to make things function smoothly.
As a proud Californian, I, Ashley Jones, joyfully tied the knot with my partner, Bar Smith, in the year 2021. This special moment came four years after we became parents to our beautiful daughter, Holly.
But after calling off their romance several times, Ashley officially filed for divorce in 2024.
After a considerable time had passed since “16 and Pregnant” star Briana DeJesus and Devoin Austin II became parents to Nova in 2011, there were signs that they might rekindle their relationship.
Currently, Briana expressed to TopMob News in 2024, “What I’m seeking now is a mature, grown man, not the young men I’ve typically dated in the past.
Following her appearance on the one season of Teen Mom 3, Briana became a part of Teen Mom 2’s eighth season. In July 2017, she welcomed her second daughter, Stella, with her former partner Luis Miguel.
After that point, Luis has only occasionally been present and committed. In a December 2019 episode of Teen Mom 2, Briana shared with Dr. Drew, “I believe he desires a family with me, but since I’m not offering that, he seems to prefer keeping his distance entirely.
