The Bachelor Nation family has grown by one.
In 2020, Madi Prewett, who was a contestant on Peter Weber’s season of The Bachelor, announced the birth of her and her husband Grant Troutt’s first child, a daughter, on January 20th.
Madi labeled her Instagram post on January 26 as ‘Hosanna Rose Troutt.’ The post included pictures of her, Grant, and their newborn baby girl, who was dressed in pink, as well as individual shots of the little one. The caption also read ‘1•20•25.’
In a joyous manner, Madi’s comments were overflowing with congratulations. This was especially evident in the words of Tori Roloff from “Little People, Big World,” who expressed, “Congratulations! What a wonderfully sweet little one you have! You will make an exceptional mother.
In my own words, I’d share that a week into this incredible journey of parenthood, I, along with my partner, have caught a glimpse into the wonders of life as new parents to our little girl, Madi.
Today marks one week since her birth,” the 28-year-old posted alongside a photo of her daughter and Grant’s hands, on her Instagram Story on January 26th. “I am completely enamored and grateful. Thank you to those who have prayed for her and us. I’m enjoying every moment in this newborn bubble we find ourselves in, and will continue to do so. I’ll share the complete birth story on @staytruepodcast soon, but for now, I’m cherishing all these cuddles.
In 2022, Madi and Grant, who got married then, revealed that they were going to have their first baby in August. They stood together, both dressed in matching white attire, as they displayed the ultrasound pictures proudly for the camera.
Madi announced on her Instagram post from August 18 that she’s expecting a baby! She expressed her excitement and eagerness, saying, ‘We can hardly wait to welcome Baby Troutt into our lives!’
Earlier, Madi shared an account of discovering she was pregnant, a fact she announced had occurred soon after she and Grant started trying.
Madi expressed during her ‘Stay True with Madison Prewett’ podcast with Grant in August, ‘We don’t want to set any expectations for this journey, as we’re unsure of its path.’ Additionally, she mentioned that they didn’t assume they would be able to conceive easily. They have supported their friends through many tough experiences.
And she admitted to being surprised by the test.
At the moment, not a single thought dared to flicker across my mind, not even for a fleeting instant, that this might be pregnancy. I can’t fathom why my thoughts refused to venture down that path.
For Grant, learning about the news a week after Madi, mainly because of work commitments, he described it as “one of the most bizarre experiences I’ve ever had in my life.
