Madison De La Garza’s Heartbreaking Tribute to Her Late Daughter Xiomara

Madison De La Garza is thinking of her late baby girl.

Seven months since the daughter of the former ‘Desperate Housewives’ star tragically passed away during an emergency C-section, she is commemorating her newborn by getting a touching tattoo.

On April 22nd, Instagram Stories saw Madison, Demi Lovato’s younger sister, posting a picture of an “XO” tattoo on her palm. A tiny heart is nestled between these bold letters, and she affirmed that this lasting artwork was dedicated to her unborn child by adding a white heart emoji.

In October, Madison, who is 23 years old, shared the sad news of her daughter’s passing. Earlier in September, she and her boyfriend, Ryan Mitchell, had announced their pregnancy. It was disclosed that they had bid farewell to their baby girl a month earlier.

On the evening of September 27th, following an emergency C-section, Ryan and I held our little girl for both the first and last time, as Madison shared on Instagram. “Thank you, dear Xiomara, for granting us parenthood to the most perfect angel in heaven,” she wrote. “Mommy and Daddy love you, sweet girl.

Demi, aged 32, voiced her affection by calling her niece a “angel in every definition” in the comments area of her sister’s post. Additionally, the former Disney star also reposted Madison’s post on her Instagram Stories at that time, offering more heartfelt condolences.

Farewell to my lovely and flawless niece, Xiomara,” she penned down. “I feel blessed to have held you close. Forever yours, Auntie. Love you endlessly @maddelagarza.

Besides “The Skyscraper” singer, Dallas Lovato, their eldest sister at 36 years old, also penned a touching poem in memory of their niece, Xiomara.

Little Xiomara, I think of you every day / I promise to look after your mother with great care, so she can reach new heights. In her absence, I hope for small signs from you and will guide us through life. One day we’ll reunite, though it may take some time. You’ll forever be in our thoughts, not a moment will pass without your memory. If only we could have spent more time together before your departure.
