Mafia: Definitive Edition is Coming to Game Pass on August 13

As a seasoned gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I can hardly contain my excitement for the upcoming addition of Mafia: Definitive Edition to Xbox Game Pass! Back in the day, I remember playing the original Mafia and being utterly captivated by its immersive storyline and gritty gameplay. So, you can imagine my joy when I heard that Hangar 13 and 2K would be giving us a complete, ground-up remake of this classic gem!


According to a recent leak, it was speculated that the game “Mafia: Definitive Edition” would be joining Game Pass soon. Now, this has been officially verified as Microsoft confirmed the news. Starting a few weeks from now, specifically on August 13, subscribers of Game Pass will have access to this critically acclaimed 2020 action-adventure remake developed by Hangar 13 and 2K, not just on console and PC, but also on cloud gaming platforms.

Definitive Edition” is a comprehensive overhaul of the original “Mafia” game. The story unfolds in the fictional city of Lost Heaven, Illinois, where you take on the role of Tommy Angelo and journey through his life as he advances within the Salieri crime family.
