Magical Librarian Ariana: The Books of Seven Heroes first details, screenshots

On their official site, team behind Compile Heart and HYDE, have unveiled the initial details and images for the upcoming side-scrolling action RPG titled “Magical Librarian Ariana: The Books of the Seven Heroes.” This game is slated to launch on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch in Japan this coming summer.

1,500 years in the past, there lived an individual who introduced magical abilities to humankind. This unique character bestowed upon humanity four enchanted textbooks titled “The Books of the Four Elements,” which hold magical power, and a “Writing Instrument of Enchantment” that can generate such magical books.

After humans discovered the ideas of “sorcery” and “sorcerous energy,” they employed the Magic Quill to compose a variety of enchanted texts.

Three books, famously titled “The Books of the Triple Manifestations,” were rumored to hold magical powers akin to those found in the “Books of the Seven Forces.” Together, these seven books are referred to as “The Books of the Seven Champions.” The institution responsible for preserving and repairing these enchanted tomes is known as the “Library.

A disturbance occurs within the grand library, a repository of wisdom and the wellspring of magical energy. It appears that someone has meddled with the Books of the Seven Champions.
