Mandy Sacs Reveals What Led to Wrestling Ring Return, Teases Potential Comeback

As a gamer who has spent countless hours watching WWE and wrestling-related content, I can’t help but feel a sense of nostalgia hearing about Mandy Sacs, or should I say, Mandy Rose, returning to the ring after almost two years. Her comeback at Black Label Pro Wrestling’s Crowning Glory combine sounds like an exciting event that brings a fresh twist to the wrestling world.

Mandy Rose, previously known as WWE’s Mandy Sacs, is set to make a comeback to the wrestling ring following an almost two-year absence, with the grand event taking place at Black Label Pro Wrestling’s Crowning Glory combine. This unique event, a collaboration between Dean Mojo Muhtadi’s Paragon Talent Group, DraftKings, and Black Label Pro Wrestling, marks the first-ever wrestling combine in Chicago. In an exclusive interview with Rick Ucchino from The Takedown SI, Sacs discussed her reasons for choosing this event for her return, the factors that delayed her comeback, and the potential of a full-time return to the wrestling scene.

A Special Event

Mandy Sacs Reveals What Led to Wrestling Ring Return, Teases Potential Comeback

This unique event will showcase TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace, Ash By Elegance, and Xia Li, streaming for free on Chris Van Vliet’s YouTube channel before Crowning Glory. Sacs has expressed her enthusiasm to participate, stating that the exclusivity of the event was a significant factor in her decision to join.

“Sacs stated that this event stood out as something unique due to its distinct nature. He mentioned that there hasn’t been anything quite similar to a wrestler’s combine, making it an excellent fit as football season commences. Previously, he has collaborated with DraftKings and found them outstanding. Mojo is his friend, and he takes pride in the accomplishments of Paragon and more. It was simply one of those projects where he really appreciated the concept.”

In the same tournament called Crowning Glory, some of the star wrestlers may participate, but whether Sacs will join them is still uncertain. Sacs herself hinted at a secret appearance: “I can’t reveal much. I want it to be a surprise. You might catch a glimpse of me there, so stay tuned.”

Wrestling Future

Mandy might not definitively participate in the upcoming event, but she certainly misses competing in the ring. She also hinted at a sense of excitement she’s been lacking recently, which could potentially lead to her return, though it’s yet to be determined. In her own words, “I definitely miss it. I can’t deny that I miss it. For over eight years, it was a significant aspect of my life. I truly miss it. Whether I’ll miss the first fall I take, if I do take a fall, remains to be seen. We’ll have to wait and see how my body responds.”

“Sacs expressed deep satisfaction, appreciation, and thankfulness for everything he has achieved over the past couple of years, particularly. However, there are moments that spark excitement… Perhaps that’s something I’ve been lacking recently. Time will tell if it leads to a resurgence.”

If Mandy decides to return to wrestling as a full-timer, who would be an exciting opponent for her that I could discuss on Threads and Twitter (@mattaguilarcb)?
