As a dedicated gamer, I’m thrilled about the unveiling of the trailer for Marvel Rivals Season 1: Eternal Night Falls, by NetEase Games. It all starts when Doctor Strange gets ensnared by the Timestream Entanglement, leading to an epic clash of Marvel legends. The Darkhold, a powerful artifact, is scattered, and guess who’s causing chaos in New York City? None other than Dracula, spreading his darkness!
Despite the presence of vampires in the city, it doesn’t stand defenseless. The Fantastic Four emerge to confront them. We catch glimpses of The Thing, The Invisible Woman, The Human Torch, and Mr. Fantastic showcasing their abilities, though we haven’t started playing yet. It remains unclear whether Dracula will take on a role beyond appearing ominous (and possibly providing voiceovers).
Marvel Rivals Season 1 kicks off on January 10th at 1 AM PST and runs for a span of three months. The latest map appears to be New York City overrun with vampires, and players should anticipate a complete Luxury Battle Pass priced at $9.99.
