As a lifelong Marvel fan who’s seen more comic books than I care to admit (and that’s saying something), Marvel Rivals has truly outdone itself! The intricate storyline, the epic battles, and the diverse cast of characters have all come together to create an immersive experience that feels like stepping into a Marvel comic book.

The eagerly awaited game, Marvel Rivals, has been released! Fans are diving headfirst into combat with their beloved Marvel characters. In this game, teams of six fight together as iconic Marvel heroes navigate the Time Entanglement turmoil and confront the two Dooms who are causing universes to merge. If they don’t succeed, Doom will seize control over every reality. This could mean dark times ahead, with everyone potentially forced to wear gloomy masks and green hoods. It’s a no-win situation! The Timestream Entanglement

The pandemonium starts due to the numerous time experiments conducted by the current Doctor Doom. These experiments lead to the release of the Timestream Entanglement and the creation of four distinct realities: a techno-dystopian future in 2099, a timeline where evil reigns, an unstable space-time known as the Mosaic Timeline, and the Collapsing Timeline, which is remarkable for being a realm where even gods can meet their end.

In the complex tapestry of time known as Timestream Entanglement, universes are clashing. At the heart of this chaos is a fierce conflict between Doctor Doom and Doctor Doom from 2099. As these two rulers wage war across various realities, their struggles create waves that bring heroes and villains from every corner of the multiverse together. Their mission: to vanquish both Dooms and prevent them from gaining control over all realities. To accomplish this, they must learn to collaborate instead of clashing among themselves.

Who Is Galacta

In the narrative, Doom serves as the primary villain, but an unforeseen character who also features prominently is Galacta. Galacta is actually the daughter of Galactus, first appearing in Marvel Tales #2. This event eventually led to her own standalone story called “Galacta: Daughter of Galactus.” However, it’s important to note that neither of these stories are considered part of Earth-616 continuity.

As an everyday teen gamer, I’m just Galacta on Earth, but little do people know about my cosmic roots. The insatiable hunger of my dad, a cosmic entity, seems to be a family trait, yet I manage to protect our planet instead of devouring it. When the hunger escalates, I start suspecting I have some sort of cosmic parasite, a tapeworm perhaps. But as events unfold, I learn that it’s not a parasite; I’m expecting a child… or something far beyond human understanding.

In Marvel Rivals, Galacta appears to be overseeing the numerous conflicts, taking on a role reminiscent of a Watcher within the storyline. However, her true extent of involvement remains to be seen as the plot unfolds throughout subsequent seasons. The positive aspect is that there seems to be a comprehensive plan for this ongoing narrative, and it will be captivating to discover what additional elements emerge from this grand confrontation.
