Marvel Rivals update (19th June): What changes in latest patch notes?

Following its initial release, which brought tremendous success, numerous gamers continue to relish NetEase’s superhero adventure. For anyone curious about the upcoming Marvel Rivals update on the 19th of June, we provide all the essential details, including the changes outlined in the most recent patch notes.

To maximize your Marvel Rivals experience, don’t forget to explore every available Marvel Rivals promo code.

In comparison to previous updates, the latest version of Marvel Rivals doesn’t have a significant number of repairs required, suggesting it’s quite robust at the moment. However, a few persistent issues or “bugs” still need to be addressed.

The biggest change is a new timed event, which will see you net some pretty cool outfits and loot.

However, if none of the information here seems appealing to you, there’s exciting news! The renowned artist Bruno Mars will be appearing at the Fortnite Festival. Perhaps this could draw you into another popular live-service game.

But let’s get to it!

What’s changed in the latest Marvel Rivals update?

There’s quite a bit going on! A temporary event called “Venom’s Bubble Pop” has been introduced, offering both free and paid rewards like the Future Foundation Human Torch outfit.

There are also new items in the store, such as the Iron Fist and Moon Knight.

If you’re keen for even more freebies, there are new upcoming Twitch Drops as well.

As a devoted gamer, I can’t help but notice that beyond the ordinary updates, there are some noteworthy bug fixes. For instance, Wolverine’s Wild Ride, a feature designed for Unstoppable players to defy gravity, was seemingly not so ‘unstoppable’ after all.

Reed’s Flexible Elongation no longer needs to worry about causing impacts with its surroundings, as it now moves more smoothly.

But there’s lots to sink your teeth into, so check them out in full down below!

New Additions and Adjustments

  1. You can now set permissions for players joining Tournament Room Custom Games mid-match.

Fixes

All Platforms

  1. Fixed an issue where Faction icons displayed incorrectly during pre-match loading in Replay and Spectate modes.

Heroes

  1. Wolverine’s Wild Ride: We’ve put the lockdown on some of Logan’s lunacy where his Ultimate Ability could incorrectly also send enemies with Unstoppable status flying! Now, heroes in this state will not be getting on the Wolverine Express.
  2. Mister Fantastic’s Fantastic Fumble: Fixed a rare occurring error where Reed’s Flexible Elongation could sometimes incorrectly interact with the environment leading to self-inflicted terrain KOs worthy of a Baxter Building blooper reel. We’ve set his coordinates straight, no more accidental “Fantastic Flops!”
  3. Hulk’s Smash Sync: Squashed a bug in Hulk’s Incredible Leap charge bar UI where the display did not match actual progress. Now his leap will land with proper gamma-powered precision!
  4. Black Widow’s Bite Restored: Fixed a bug where Natasha’s Team-Up Ability Pulse Rifle didn’t damage destructible objects. Now, when Widow bites, nobody (or thing) in her way stands a chance!
  5. Ultron’s Overclocked Orders: Debugged a ghost in the machine where sometimes performing certain actions after using Ultron’s Imperative: Patch would cause it to glitch out and cancel the effect. Now his imperative is as unstoppable as his ambition.

Console

  1. Resolved an issue where global button remapping could incorrectly affect controls in Ultron’s Battle Matrix Protocol and Spectator mode.
  2. Fixed an issue on PlayStation where opening the friends list while playing an emote could cause lag.
