Marvel Comics has disclosed their complete list of free comics for Free Comic Book Day 2025. On this day, comic shops across the country (which you can find using the official store locator) will hand out one-shot issues, essentially giving them away for nothing – or in Marvel terms, a ‘no-prize’. The exciting roster of titles for this year includes Fantastic Four, Giant-Size X-Men, Amazing Spider-Man, Ultimate Universe, Marvel’s Star Wars, Ironheart/Marvel Voices, and the kid-friendly Disney Jr. series, Iron Man and His Awesome Friends/Spidey and His Amazing Friends.
2025’s Free Comic Book Day will feature a crossover between Fantastic Four and Giant-Size X-Men, which will align with the “One World Under Doom” status quo. This event is expected to influence Ryan North’s ongoing series of Fantastic Four and the broader Marvel Universe in 2025. Furthermore, Tom Brevoort hinted at future developments for Giant-Size X-Men in 2025, including the creation of a new incarnation of the X-Men. In 2025 during Free Comic Book Day, Marvel will bring together the realities of Earth-616 and Earth-6160 in the comic book titled “Amazing Spider-Man/Ultimate Universe” #1. This issue is penned by the current writer of “Amazing Spider-Man”, Joe Kelly, and Deniz Camp from “The Ultimates”. Additionally, a sneak peek at what’s to come in the Ultimate Universe Year Two will be given, such as the debut of Ultimate Nick Fury and Ultimate Wolverine in the special issue “Ultimate Universe: One Year In” #1, which is set for release in December.
