Just a day prior to the release, Insomniac Games has disclosed information about “Marvel’s Spider-Man 2” for PC. A fresh trailer gives a quick glimpse of what gamers can anticipate from its offerings. Take a look at it below.
Just like in my past gaming adventures on the PS5, I’ve got the latest tech goodies to enhance my visuals: Nvidia DLSS 3, AMD FSR 3.1, and Intel XeSS are all on board, plus a frame generation feature for smoother gameplay. And if that’s not enough eye candy, there’s ray-traced reflections, shadows, and ambient occlusion, all working in harmony with DLSS Ray Reconstruction to make my gaming world look even more stunning!
According to a separate blog post on PlayStation, programmer Menno Bill from Nixxes explained that Ray Reconstruction employs DLSS 3.5 and the newly released RTX 40 series graphics cards. The new RTX models provide a “more temporally stable image,” which enhances the visual quality of ray tracing even more. Individuals using older GPUs can still gain from this, with features like dynamic resolution scaling not demanding the same level of hardware.
Three-screen layouts as well as ultra-wide monitors offering resolutions such as 16:9, 16:10, 21:9, 32:9, and 48:9 are compatible. You can also connect the DualSense controller using a USB cable (equipped with haptic feedback and adjustable triggers), or you may opt for a mouse and keyboard setup instead.
On January 30th, you’ll find Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 available for your PC. If you’d like to read our review based on the PS5 version, feel free to take a look!
