Following Peter Parker’s television viewing of Eddie Brock and his symbiotes causing chaos in a wrestling ring, he decides to don the Spider-Man suit to intervene. However, unbeknownst to him, the Venom symbiote lurks within his wardrobe. Unfortunately for Peter, he unwittingly dresses himself in the symbiote. As it clings to him, the symbiote reveals its history of involvement in various conflicts and expresses that Eddie Brock and Dylan Brock are better off without it.
In a heartfelt conversation, Spider-Man encourages the Venom symbiote to reconsider its path of chaos, reminding it of its past deeds of good, particularly with Flash Thompson and Eddie Brock. After delivering a persuasive speech, Spider-Man and the Venom symbiote unexpectedly appear in the wrestling ring, catching both Eddie and Dylan’s teams off guard.
