Matlock is slated to make its debut on CBS at 8 PM Eastern Time on September 22nd, an exceptional night and time for its series premiere. A replay of this initial episode will be broadcast on Thursdays, October 10th at 9 PM ET, following Big Brother and preceding a rerun of Elsebeth. Subsequently, the show will air regularly every Thursday starting from the second episode on CBS, October 17th at 9 PM ET. The release was initially scheduled for the 2023 season but got postponed to the 2024-2025 cycle due to last year’s Hollywood strikes.

The new show called Matlock is based on the well-known television program that shares the same name.
