At the 2023 Game Awards, I got a glimpse of something truly exciting – a new game titled Mecha BREAK. As a fan of series like Gundam, this upcoming title seemed tailor-made for me with its impressive mech design and intriguing gameplay elements.
In this game, you can personalize your giant robotic machines (mechs), then engage in intense battles against other players on a grand scale.
Currently, Amazing Seasun Games has unveiled a global open beta test titled “Mecha BREAK: Global Tempest.”
In the latest announcement, Amazing Seasun Games is introducing an open beta test, called “Mecha BREAK: Worldwide Storm”.

How to Play Mecha BREAK Open Beta
We’re thrilled to announce that the Mecha BREAK Open Beta has officially been launched as of today, which was on the 23rd of February in 2025!
To try out the beta version, navigate to its Steam webpage and hit the ‘Download Demo’ button. Since the main game has already been launched, you can start playing it immediately after downloading.
Mecha BREAK Xbox and PlayStation release date speculation
Regarding its console availability, Mecha BREAK was initially a title exclusive to Xbox Series upon its launch. However, it’s been announced that it will be released for the PlayStation 5 at some point in the future as well.
For the open beta at hand, it’s accessible right now exclusively through Steam on PC. Originally, it was intended to launch simultaneously on Xbox, but due to some necessary last-minute tweaks, its release on Xbox has been postponed.
For Xbox owners, it’s unfortunate news, as the developers have announced they will stretch out the duration of the open beta, thanks to this postponement.
