Meg’s Monster DLC ‘Lost Memories’ announced

As a seasoned gamer with decades of gaming under my belt, I’ve seen the evolution of storytelling and gameplay mechanics in the digital realm. The announcement of Meg’s Monster’s downloadable content “Lost Memories” has definitely piqued my interest. The intrigue of unraveling the monsters’ pasts is something that resonates with me, as I’ve always been drawn to games that offer a deeper narrative.

Odencat has revealed that “Lost Memories” downloadable content for the game “Meg’s Monster” is coming up. This additional content will initially be included with the physical version of the game for Nintendo Switch in Japan on April 24, 2025. A worldwide digital release will follow at a later point in time.

The downloadable content offers around 90-120 minutes of fresh material, delving into the histories of the monsters, along with an interactive system enabling users to explore diverse artworks and resources on a digital tablet.

As a gaming enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that the physical version of “Meg’s Monster” for Switch comes in two editions – a standard one priced at 3,850 yen and a limited edition for 9,680 yen. The limited edition is packed with goodies like a commemorative box, Roy and Golan finger puppets, a mini soundtrack CD with seven tracks, and a 24-page art book. To top it off, both editions come with the bonus magazine “Underworld Information Magazine: The Makai.” Head over to the official website for more details on the physical edition!

Meg’s Monster is currently available for Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam.
