Kicking off their latest Press Start event, Konami unveiled the classic title Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. Series producer Noriaki Okamura showcased an extended look at the recently revealed trailer, verifying that both enemy AI and animations have been upgraded.
In addition, we’ve obtained fresh video content for both Snake vs. Monkey (playable on PS5 and PC) and Snake vs. Bomberman (available only on Xbox Series X/S). The Secret Theater makes a comeback as loot dropped by enemies. While gamers can enjoy the original, unaltered videos, unique content exclusive to Delta: Snake Eater is yet to be discovered.
Lastly, there’s a fresh addition called Fox Hunt, an entirely new online gameplay mode that utilizes the same world yet offers distinct mechanics. It’s essentially hide-and-seek where players employ camouflage for concealment. Future updates will disclose further details, but the intention is to establish a one-of-a-kind online experience tailored specifically for the Metal Gear series.
