MHA x Captain America?! You Won’t BELIEVE This Crossover!

On Valentine’s Day, the Marvel Cinematic Universe will bring back movies to theaters with the fourth installment of the Captain America series titled “Captain America: Brave New World.” As Steve Rogers has decided to retire after the incidents in “Avengers: Endgame,” it falls upon Sam Wilson to wield the shield and combat a gamma-enhanced menace targeting the United States. Intriguingly, “My Hero Academia” is joining forces with the MCU by introducing an ideal anime hero into their cinematic universe. By the end of the day, fans are left wondering who would emerge victorious in a battle between the ex-Falcon and the second-ranked hero, Hawks.

Keigo Takami, also known as Hawks, is one of the youngest characters to reach the number two spot among the top-tier crime fighters in Hero Society. His wings enable him to fly, but it’s his unique power that sets him apart from even Sam Wilson. Hawks possesses a Quirk (ability) that lets him control every feather on his wings, using them both offensively and defensively in combat situations. Although this new collaboration doesn’t have Hawks battling the latest Captain America, they share the skies for the first time together.

Captain Hawks: Brave New Hero Society

In this upcoming crossover, Sam Wilson doesn’t join the shonen universe, but instead, Hawks and Captain America take flight for combat. This event isn’t just building excitement for the next Marvel film, but also for the eighth and concluding season of “My Hero Academia” anime. Despite Hawks having his Quirk taken away by All For One grabbing Keigo Takami, anticipate a significant contribution from the second-ranked hero in the final season airing later this year.

The Marvel/My Hero Academia Crossover

Absolutely, the encounter between Sam Wilson and Keigo Takami isn’t a unique instance where Hero Society intersects with the Marvel Universe. Through the comic series “Deadpool: Samurai“, which introduced Marvel’s Deadpool in a manga format, the previous peace symbol All Might collaborated with Deadpool to face a familiar adversary. Thanos The Mad Titan was such a menacing foe that Deadpool sought the assistance of All Might, and it’s likely we’ll witness more collisions between these universes in a manga setting in the future.

This coming spring, “My Hero Academia: Vigilantes” is set to debut on television screens, and this spin-off even has an exclusive Marvel comic book collaboration up its sleeve. In the original comic book series, new characters were created that bore a striking resemblance to two of Marvel’s most iconic mutants, Cyclops and Wolverine. As of now, it remains unclear whether these “tributes” will make an appearance in the animated series; however, there is a high likelihood that this amusing crossover will be brought to life through animation.
