Michael B. Jordan Mentioned in Diddy Trial During Stylist’s Testimony

In the course of discussing the high-profile court case surrounding Sean “Diddy” Combs‘s allegations of sex trafficking, I’d like to share a bit about my own personal experience that was mentioned in the trial. Namely, my brief relationship with Cassie Ventura.

During his testimony as a celebrity stylist, Deonte Nash spoke about the abuse he observed towards Ventura from Combs during their tumultuous, decade-long relationship. He further disclosed that it was in 2015, when Ventura was on a break with Combs, that she began seeing Jordan.

During the cross-examination on May 29th, as reported by NBC News, Nash clarified that Ventura and Jordan’s relationship status was simply a process of “getting acquainted” or “building a connection”.

Nash additionally stated that he was the one who brought them together, a move he made following news about Ventura and Combs’ breakup.

TopMob News has reached out to Jordan’s rep for comment and has not heard back.

Previously, the actor from “Sinners” and his link to Ventura have been mentioned on other occasions during this court case.

On May 15th, during her testimony, Ventura stated that she and Combs had split up when she was shooting the movie “Honey 3: Dare to Dance” in South Africa, and that he believed she might have been involved with Jordan at that time.

A few days passed, and Kerry Morgan, a previous friend, shared similar feelings in court, stating that Combs disapproved of Ventura spending time with the ex-member of the Black Panther group.

According to Morgan, who testified on May 19 as reported by NBC News, he recalled seeing her talking with Michael B. Jordan and spending time together. Additionally, Morgan noted that there seemed to be some jealousy present.

As a lifestyle expert looking back at events of 2023, I came across a striking connection in the legal battle between two notable actors – Ventura’s lawsuit against Combs. The lawsuit, centered around accusations of sex trafficking and sexual battery, seemed to hint at rumors of their romantic entanglement that had previously circulated in gossip circles.

In the document that was later dropped following a settlement between the ex-pair, it’s stated that during the filming of a movie in Cape Town in 2015, she initiated a playful romance with an actor and spent New Year’s Eve with him. Subsequently, Combs discovered this and allegedly phoned the actor, making threats. The individual, as detailed further in the lawsuit, then contacted Ventura and advised her to contact [Mr. Combs].

In 2015, Ventura journeyed to Cape Town for the production of the film “Honey 3: Dare to Dance,” which did not feature Jordan. The following day after filing a civil lawsuit against Combs (who has refuted all accusations related to this case and his ongoing trial), Ventura chose to resolve the matter amicably.

Jordan, along with famous individuals like Mike Myers and Kanye West, were among those named in the initial stage of jury selection, where potential jurors were presented with a list of possible individuals who might be mentioned throughout the trial.

As reported by NBC News, potential jurors were subsequently questioned about whether they knew anyone involved, and if this knowledge could potentially influence their capacity for unbiased judgment.

Jordan’s rep did not return a request for comment when reached by TopMob News at the time.

Ventura, who has accused Combs of abuse, was also on the list of names shown during jury selection.

Before his court case, Combs denied any guilt concerning the five felony charges he faced at the federal level – racketeering conspiring, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals for prostitution.

Judge Arun Subramanian swiftly denied the defense’s May 28 request for a mistrial.

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ team contested testimony from arson investigator Lance Jimenez, a prosecution witness who spoke about Kid Cudi’s car being burned in January 2012. The issue arose when the official stated that fingerprints collected during the investigation had been discarded.

Defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo contended that the evidence regarding the missing fingerprints ought to be excluded from the proceedings, as it implied that someone within the court may have been involved in their disappearance.

As a devoted supporter, I can share that my objection was upheld by the judge, yet my co-counsel Alexandra Shapiro’s request for a mistrial was denied.

Upon discovering that my intermittent partner, Cassie Ventura, was in a relationship with Kid Cudi, also known as Scott Mescudi, I found myself facing accusations from a previous staff member, Capricorn Clark, claiming that I had made threats against their lives.

Previously employed aide, who additionally stated that she facilitated the purchase of a temporary phone for her personal safety concerns in relation to Mescudi, claimed that the event transpired following the alleged burglary by the hip-hop tycoon at Mescudi’s residence.

She informed the jurors that he was extremely furious. She used the term ‘extremely agitated’ instead. His words were, ‘I feel like I could murder you all, and I wish to disfigure her.’

As a devoted follower, I’d like to share an account that claims a certain incident took place at Kanye West’s residence on December 22, 2011. This story goes that Diddy (Combs) visited West (the “Pursuit of Happiness” rapper) after learning about his relationship with Ventura and Mescudi. The allegation is that he went there armed.

She informed the jury that there were individuals at her door, among them Combs. His demeanor suggested anger; he was visibly agitated, moving back and forth, and it appeared as though he might be holding something, but she couldn’t make out the details clearly.

She went on saying, “He told me to put on some clothes because we were heading out to confront Mescudi,” she added. “I replied that I didn’t want to go, but he responded indifferently, ‘I couldn’t care less about your plans.’ He was boiling with anger, enraged, filled with fury towards me. This was something I had never witnessed before. I had never seen him at my house, and I had never seen a weapon in his possession.

Clark is reported to have contacted Ventura to inform her that Combs apparently took Clark armed with a gun to Cudi’s residence, intending to harm or kill him.

According to Clark’s statement, following the disappearance of three expensive items such as a bracelet and a diamond watch, among others, she became a potential suspect and underwent a polygraph examination.

She claimed that a “large built man” informed her that if she didn’t pass the test, “he would push me into the East River.

1. She declared under oath that she was worried about the consequences if she didn’t succeed, and he stated that the result was uncertain, adding, ‘You must relax so I can determine the outcome, or else you might find yourself in the East River.’ (Informal)

2. Testifying, she admitted to being apprehensive regarding potential consequences if she failed, while he asserted it was unclear, saying, ‘Relax so I can ascertain the outcome; otherwise, you could end up in the East River.’ (Formal)

3. She confessed that she was anxious about the possible outcomes if she didn’t make it, and he insisted it wasn’t definitive, saying, ‘You gotta relax so I can figure out what happened, or else you might wind up in the East River.’ (Informal/Casual)

4. In her testimony, she disclosed that she was fearful of the repercussions if she didn’t pass, and he stated it was indeterminate, adding, ‘You need to keep your cool so I can evaluate the situation, or else you could end up in the East River.’ (Formal/Polite)

5. She admitted that she was worried about the potential consequences if she flunked, while he declared it was uncertain, saying, ‘Chill out so I can work things out, or else you might wind up in the East River.’ (Informal/Relaxed)

She said the test took five days to prove her innocence.

Previously employed by Bad Boy, Clark claimed that after Combs discovered Ventura was dating Mescudi, he unexpectedly arrived at Clark’s apartment on the morning of December 22, 2011, brandishing a firearm and said, “Get dressed, we’re going to kill Mescudi.

As for myself, I’ve never encountered anything quite similar, and his behavior left me with an uneasy sensation, as if unpredictable events were on the horizon.

According to Clark’s testimony, Combs instructed her to reach out to Ventura and inform him that he wasn’t allowing Clark to depart until Ventura arrived. As Ventura consented, Clark stated, she went to fetch the musician, and both of them returned to Combs’ residence together.

According to Clark’s testimony, Combs began attacking Ventura, striking him with punches and kicks. She stated that none of the individuals from Combs’ security team attempted to stop him, nor did she due to his threat that she would suffer the same fate if she intervened.

Clark stated that she contacted Regina Ventura, Ventura’s mother, and expressed concern by saying, “He is brutally attacking your daughter. I am beyond my capabilities to handle this situation. I urge you to assist her. Unfortunately, I cannot contact the police, but you certainly can.

In 2012, she was terminated because she hadn’t disclosed information about Ventura and Kid Cudi to him. During the testimony, Clark stated that he told her, “I will ensure you never work again, these people aren’t my friends, and I will make you feel so isolated that it could lead to your suicide.

Clark said she returned to the fold as creative director for Ventura from 2016 until 2018.

On the 27th of May, I testified that I suggested Ventura switch phones – opting for one not covered by Combs – as a means for her to communicate more freely with Kid Cudi during our brief romance in 2011.

As a die-hard admirer, I can’t help but share this thrilling tale. You see, I was there when she escorted Ventura to Best Buy. The reason? She was convinced that the singer might inadvertently endanger us all! Her mission? To secure a backup phone, just in case the danger was real.

In 2012, not much time having passed since his car was on fire, Mescudi remembered a chat he had with Combs. The rapper who is famous for “Day ‘n’ Night” claimed that Combs and his entourage had intruded upon his home in December 2011, following news about his short-lived relationship with Ventura.

Following the arson of Mescudi’s car in January 2012, an incident he attributed to Combs, he described a subsequent encounter they had in a hotel meeting room in Los Angeles. There, Combs was observed staring out of the window with his hands clasped behind his back, resembling a classic Marvel supervillain pose.

The 41-year-old testified to the jurors, “It was only him and me in the room. We talked about the entire account of how Cassie and I began dating and why we split up. His main argument was ‘You were with my girlfriend,’ to which I responded, ‘She told me you two had broken up and I believed her.’

He remained composed and gave me water on two occasions, which I found strange given his tranquility. It was disconcerting. Later, Cassie arrived. To my disappointment, I learned that she had returned to him. Essentially, she shared that they had fallen in love, events transpired naturally.

In her four-day testimony earlier this month detailing her claims of abuse by Combs, Ventura mentioned that she ended her relationship with Mescudi after Combs warned her, “I’m going to cause harm to both of us.

Following their conversation at the Los Angeles hotel conference room, before matters escalated, they stood up and exchanged a handshake.

Mescudi recounted, “I asked him, ‘How are we going to handle this with your car?’ He responded, ‘I have no idea what you’re referring to,’ and then he added, ‘Hold on, are we okay?’ I replied, ‘Well, you destroyed my vehicle.’

Mescudi shared insight into two incidents, which he blames Combs for, during his testimony.

In December 2011, the musician known as “The Pursuit of Happiness” claimed that he received a call from Combs, following reports that Combs, along with his associates, broke into his house. This incident occurred after news surfaced about the musician’s relationship with Ventura, who had an on-again, off-again romance with Combs between 2007 and 2018.

Mescudi testified that he asked the man, “What’s going on?” To which the man replied, “I’m here in your home, waiting for you.

While he said he wanted to “fight” Combs, he decided not to since he wasn’t sure who was with him.

In the chilly month of February, I experienced an unexpected and harrowing event as my vehicle suddenly erupted into flames. The cause? A Molotov cocktail left in the driver’s seat, I believe. This explosive device was discovered as I was approximately 45 minutes from reaching the comfort of my home.

Previously, Ventura claimed in her since-settled 2023 lawsuit against Combs that he threatened to blow up Mescudi’s car after discovering their relationship. Her lawsuit stated, “At around that time, Kid Cudi’s car was destroyed in his driveway.

On the seventh day of Combs’ trial, which concluded on May 20th, the rapper addressed everyone present in the courtroom with a message.

He declared openly, “I love you all,” as the court session ended for the day, according to People magazine, and then softly murmured, “Indeed, I do love.

After making his announcement, Combs turned to a woman in the audience and expressed, seemingly referring to his son Justin Combs, who is 31 years old, “Could you kindly pass on my thoughts to Justin?

On May 20th, Regina Ventura declared under oath that back in 2011, Diddy (Combs) threatened to disseminate intimate videos involving his own daughter, Cassie Ventura, due to her romantic involvement with Mescudi.

In utter shock and disbelief, I confessed to the judge, ‘I felt as if I’d been struck ill.’ The revelation of the sex tape left me reeling. It seemed he aimed to wound my daughter, who happened to be in a relationship with Scott Mescudi. His demand for $20,000 only added fuel to the pain.

She claimed that she and her spouse, Rodrick Ventura, borrowed money against their property’s value in order to acquire the necessary funds. She further stated, “This was the sole method available for us to secure the required funds.

As for why Combs demanded the lump sum?

She informed the prosecutor that he was upset, as he had given her money but she had been involved with someone else instead.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I’d like to share an intriguing tidbit I picked up during a recent observation: Sean Combs, in his testimony, shed light on the contents of his travel bag. Among various items, he mentioned approximately 25 to 30 bottles of pills. Intriguingly, some of these pills featured the likeness of our esteemed former President, Barack Obama.

As I, a devoted follower, shared during my testimony, there were numerous pills available, yet one stood out as it resembled a past president’s likeness – specifically, President Obama.

James stated that Combs was known to carry over $10,000 in cash, pain relievers like Advil and Tylenol, Viagra for sexual enhancement, and pills to boost his sperm production, all in his Louis Vuitton bag. Moreover, he claimed that the rap tycoon had Percocet and ecstasy concealed as well.

During his testimony, James informed the jury that one of Combs’ frequently packed items in his travel bag included at least ten thousand dollars in cash, as well as pain relievers like Advil and Tylenol, erectile dysfunction medication such as Viagra, and pills to boost sperm production.

Additionally, James claimed that Combs possessed both Percocet and Ecstasy in his belongings, an assertion supported by his former assistant who stated they observed Combs consume them.

As a devoted follower, I’m sharing that during the events leading to my arrest on September 16, the prosecution gave us a peek inside my suite at the iconic Park Hyatt hotel in New York City.

The images, captured by Homeland Security’s Special Agent Yasin Binda, who presented the evidence, depicted various items such as baby oil and Astroglide lubricant stored in Ziploc bags, five containers of baby oil in a bathtub, two additional bottles of lubricant in a drawer, and two bags filled with a powdery substance, along with $9,000 in cash.

Based on Binda’s findings, the substances discovered within the prescription container proved to be both ketamine and a combination of ketamine and MDMA.

A close friend of Ventura’s stated on May 19th that she personally observed Combs physically abusing Ventura during their trip to Jamaica, as well as at a home he was leasing in the Hollywood Hills.

Kerry Morgan stated that her 17-year friendship with Ventura ended following an incident in 2018 when Combs allegedly assaulted her at his apartment. According to NBC News, Morgan was there listening to music when Combs approached from behind and choked her, leaving marks on her neck and striking her in the head with a wooden hanger. At the time, Cassie was in the bathroom. The blow landed near Morgan’s right ear.

In the course of my diligence, I engaged legal representation – specifically, a lawyer named Morgan. Despite our intention to pursue a court case, no lawsuit was ever officially filed. Instead, in a mutually beneficial arrangement, I consented to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, receiving $30,000 in return.

According to Morgan’s testimony, it has been silent between us since the incident, and my last conversation with Sean was on the night of the assault. The last time I set eyes on Cassie was when I put my signature on the Non-Disclosure Agreement.

In addition, Morgan indicated during her testimony that she had already moved forward with her life and was appearing solely due to a court order from the government compelling her to do so.

She stated that she recommended Ventura to part ways with Combs, but she explained she couldn’t do so due to her commitments such as her job, her vehicle, and her residence.

In the questioning by lawyer Marc Agnifilo, Morgan stated that she ended conversations with Ventura as he didn’t offer support following the 2018 incident. Furthermore, she emphasized that she will not tolerate any form of physical abuse.

Dawn Richard, a former member of Danity Kane, declared on May 16th that she observed Chris Brown allegedly chase his then-girlfriend, Ventura, with a skillet filled with eggs, back in 2009.

He stormed downstairs in a rage, shouting about where his eggs were and accusing Cassie of always making mistakes regarding his food. According to Richard’s testimony, as corroborated by the court transcript obtained by NBC News, he then approached the skillet containing the eggs and attempted to strike Cassie on the head, causing her to fall to the ground.

Ventura “went into the fetal position,” Richard continued, “literally trying to hide her head.”

During his testimony on May 15, Ventura stated that there were no drugs combined with the baby oil that Combs preferred for “freak offs,” implying that there was no presence of any drugs in the baby oil he used during those incidents.

In October 2024, a lawsuit was initiated accusing Combs of adding GHB (commonly known as the ‘date rape drug’) to the oil.

During the questioning under cross-examination on May 15th, Ventura stated that Combs would become envious and react in a volatile manner when she used drugs with other friends instead of himself.

She stated that Combs had experienced an overdose involving painkillers at one point. When questioned by defense attorney Anna Estevao regarding potential links between her former partner’s mood changes and medication, Ventura replied, “That was indeed a factor.

Earlier in the day, she was asked if Combs seemed to be a drug addict. In response, she expressed that she believed he had addiction issues, saying, “I’d describe him as an addict.

Her response affirmed that Combs did get agitated or volatile during his withdrawal phase.

“I’m not a doctor,” Ventura said, but “coming off of certain pills he would be pretty irritated.”

During Ventura’s testimony on May 15, Judge Arun Subramanian paused the proceedings as Combs’ defense presented explicit emails and messages during their cross-examination.

In this scenario, when lawyer Estevao showed the defendant Ventura sexually suggestive communications exchanged by the ex-pair dating back to 2009 as evidence of a consensual relationship, the defense was objected to by the prosecution, and the judge agreed with their objection.

After hearing the objection, I discreetly approached the judge, prompting him to unexpectedly announce a 10-minute recess.

Before the jury’s arrival, a passionate disagreement unfolded between the prosecution and defense, with the lead defense lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, advocating for additional text messages to be presented in court. However, the judge expressed concern that some of these messages breached federal evidence guidelines.

Nonetheless, several pieces of evidence were allowed, containing explicit discussions about their sexual experiences between Combs and Ventura.

On May 15th, Ventura admitted that she couldn’t specify the exact number of instances where she participated in “unusual activities” with Combs, but estimated it to be around hundreds.

I’ve been left in a state of utter disbelief, for I’ve come to learn that my ex had secretly videotaped our intimate moments with the intention of using them as leverage against me. He threatened me, stating he would expose these recordings and potentially ruin my career.

Ventura stated, “He often brought up those issues when he was angry about something. It happened quite frequently,” he added. “I felt threatened for both my job and my family. It was mortifying, all of it. It’s appalling and vile. Such actions should never be inflicted upon anyone.

On May 14th, Ventura testified that she received a $20 million settlement from her former boyfriend Combs, following a lawsuit she filed against him in November 2023. The lawsuit alleged that he had sexually assaulted and physically abused her during their relationship.

As a devoted follower, I’d like to rephrase this statement in the first person: In 2018, I had dinner at a restaurant in Malibu with Combs and he was truly amiable. Later that night, he escorted me back to my apartment, but instead of respecting my boundaries, he assaulted me sexually. It’s important to note that during this time, I was in a relationship with Alex Fine, whom I later married in 2019.

She testified to the court, “I entered the house, and then he followed and violently assaulted me on the living room carpet. I only recall sobbing and repeatedly saying ‘no’, but it happened so quickly. His eyes were cold, not his usual self; it was as if a stranger had stolen something from me.

Combs’ lawyers argue that he didn’t partake in any instances of non-consenting sexual acts, and that the individuals who have alleged sex offenses against him, willingly took part in any sexual activities they were involved in.

Ventura stated that she engaged in consensual intercourse with Combs on another instance following the alleged attack. When questioned about her decision to have sex with Combs again, she explained, “You can’t simply switch off feelings like that. I still held a positive image of who he was as an individual.

At the end of 2011, Ventura decided to separate from Mescudi due to a threat made by Combs. According to her testimony, the threat was that “Scott’s car would be destroyed.

Ventura stated in court that the situation was too risky with an excessive amount of unknown factors if they persisted in meeting. He mentioned Sean had threatened to harm them both.

Departures from Ventura resulted in individuals experiencing urinary tract infections, mouth ulcers, and digestive problems, as was stated during the testimony on May 14.

During her testimony in court, Ventura stated that there were many instances when we had intense conflicts, which seemed to follow one another without pause, and on some occasions, these conflicts occurred while I was dealing with an infection. I attempted to wash it away using water. Unfortunately, the antibiotic CIPRO became ineffective at this point. It was a chaotic situation.

She continued, “It was really painful for a long time. I can’t believe I actually dealt with that.”

Among the text messages between Ventura and Combs shown in court, she relayed in one that she had sores on her tongue. He wrote, “I’m sorry.”

On his second day as a witness, Ventura narrated the 2016 hotel incident that had been recorded on security cameras and later broadcasted by CNN in May of 2024.

She stated that Combs hurled a vase at her following an attempt to exit the Intercontinental Hotel, prior to physically attacking her.

During the court proceedings on May 14,” Ventura explained about the vase, “I recall it moving towards me. It struck the wall and didn’t hit me. He was shouting at me, though I don’t clearly remember what he said. I believe he wasn’t using my actual name.

However, she said that Combs told her “that I wasn’t going to leave him, that I couldn’t.”

Following the unfortunate hotel incident, I found myself at the premiere of my film “The Perfect Match” sporting bruises across my face and body alongside Mr. Combs. To mask the black eye and swollen lip, I had to apply a generous layer of makeup. Moreover, I had several bruises on my legs, so I made a quick wardrobe change for the event.

On May 13, the singer stated under oath that Diddy (Combs) assaulted her in a Los Angeles hotel corridor back in March 2016 due to his anger over her leaving their altercation, which he referred to as a “freak off.” (Footage of the incident from the hotel’s surveillance cameras was released by CNN in 2024. The defense failed in their attempt to keep this video out of court as evidence.)

Ventura explained to the court that he decided to depart. As I exited, Sean pursued me into the corridor, seized me, pushed me down, kicked me, and forcibly returned me to the room, where he also gathered my belongings.

Instead of participating, she chose not to due to an upcoming movie premiere a few days away, which she wished to ensure went well by making Combs happy. In her words, “If I could appease him with some sort of accommodation,” Ventura said, “then my premiere would proceed without a hitch.

In my expert opinion as a lifestyle advisor, when I found myself in such an unfortunate situation where I received a black eye, all I could focus on was escaping the scene without ruining my upcoming event. I wanted nothing more than to maintain my composure and carry on with grace. When he shoved me to the ground in the hallway, I decided it was best to stay down to prevent any further harm from being inflicted upon me.

In her testimony, Ventura admitted to consuming alcohol and using ecstasy during her initial sexual encounter with an escort, all while Combs was present. To survive what she referred to as “freak offs,” she stated that she would often use marijuana, ketamine, mushrooms, or whatever drug happened to be popular at the time.

“I couldn’t imagine myself doing any of that without having some sort of buffer,” she said.

Occasionally, she would retch violently during heated arguments, Ventura explained, and Combs urged me to carry on despite this.

She expressed to Combs that the hurtful remarks left her feeling extremely bad about herself, even worthless, Ventura explained; however, he seemed to brush off her worries.

Following an unexpected incident, it appears that baby oil covered the entire hotel room, according to Ventura’s testimony. Moreover, if Combs had asked someone to wet the bed, stains of urine could possibly be found on the bedsheets. Additionally, Ventura suggested that if she was experiencing menstruation at the time, there might also be traces of blood not only on the sheets but also on various pieces of furniture.

According to Ventura, being urinated on left her feeling “deeply embarrassed.” She explained, “It was revolting, it was excessive. I gagged, I wished I wasn’t in that situation, I found myself trapped and unable to escape easily.

According to Ventura, he found it appealing which led to the event occurring. When asked by Emily A. Johnson, the prosecutor, why she didn’t resist Combs’ instructions during these instances, she stated that it seemed clear to her that she did not wish to comply with them.

On May 13, Ventura stated that Combs instructed her and the other “freak off” participants to apply baby oil onto their bodies.

In court, she stated, “Sean wanted it hot and shiny, so we applied it every five minutes.

At the Montage Beverly Hills, during a random incident, Ventura recalled that Combs had suggested for her to enter an inflatable pool filled with baby oil, all while she was dressed in clothing.

Even though she didn’t feel like it, if Sean Combs desired the event to unfold, that was exactly what would transpire, she emphasized. “We employed ten standard-sized bottles of baby oil,” she added for clarity.

Back in May 13th, I confided in prosecutors about a shocking revelation from my decade-long romance with Diddy, or Puff Daddy, as some may know him. During our initial year together, he suggested we venture into an unconventional realm – voyeurism – in our intimate moments. The initiation was bizarre, to say the least; I arranged for an escort and set up a performance where I would entertain him with another person’s presence. He took pleasure in observing our acts.

In the end, she found herself engaged in organizing so-called “freak off” sexual performances, which often stretched from 36 hours to four days. This activity, as it turned out, had become a regular occupation for her.

She remembered, “I arranged for it to happen in our hotel room, and so on, at first Sean organized it.

Ventura said that her “stomach churned” when he first proposed the experience.

She admitted, “I didn’t initially understand why it would excite him, but I took on the task.” She confessed, “I was uncertain, apprehensive, yet deeply cared for him and desired his happiness. It wasn’t something I eagerly looked forward to, especially given its frequency, but my love for him made me want to please him.

She admitted, “At some point, I felt I didn’t have much of a choice.”
