Microsoft celebrates 50th anniversary with a new Xbox Dynamic Background and more

In honor of Microsoft’s 50th birthday, they are offering Xbox Series X|S console users a fresh method to participate in the festivities by unveiling an innovative Xbox Dynamic Background, as announced through Xbox Wire.

This setting showcases a variety of characters belonging to franchises under the Xbox umbrella, including Master Chief from Halo, Doom’s Slayer, Marcus Fenix of Gears of War, Lilith from Diablo, and Raz from Psychonauts, among several others.

Beyond the given topic, Xbox users can obtain fresh official Profile Pictures (Gamerpics), adorned with a floppy disk, a Windows pointer, and the beloved adversary, Clippy.

Lastly, you might find an exclusive Microsoft 50th anniversary badge as well, which becomes accessible upon enrollment in the Xbox Insider Program and can be displayed on your profile.
