At 5 PM UTC, 6 PM BST, or 1 PM EDT today, the first release from Build A Rocket Boy, titled MindsEye, will be set in motion, according to a recent Reddit post by the team. Pre-loading is now available on all platforms, and Update 2 is ready for installation.
This update brings numerous “important last touches” for the game title, such as enhancements in gameplay, visual upgrades, bug fixes, and optimization of performance. Previously, it was unavailable on Xbox Series X/S due to a certification hold-up, but it appears that problem has now been resolved.
It’s important to mention that certain individuals who have reserved the game on Steam have stated they can’t begin downloading it early. So far, there’s been no comment from the developers regarding this issue. Keep an eye out for future announcements.
The game titled “MindsEye” debuts on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC platforms, marking the first release from ex-Rockstar North president Leslie Benzies since 2013’s “Grand Theft Auto 5”. It’s important to note that this launch is just the start; the developers have several updates planned for the upcoming months (including a “Hitman” partnership) and a follow-up open-world multiplayer game set for next year.
