Many fans are hoping for the Ender Dragon to take on the role of the villain in “A Minecraft Movie 2”, but I’d be thrilled if they opted for the Arch-Illager instead. The Arch-Illager is a character from “Minecraft Dungeons” who becomes corrupted by the Orb of Dominance.

In this game, we find the main antagonist, formerly an outcast from an illager tribe, rejected by multiple villages. Given that the villagers treated the Arch-Illager harshly, it’s comprehensible why such deep-seated animosity exists within him.

In my perspective, the Arch-Illager could portray the Orb of Dominance’s corrupting influence more effectively than Malgosha. In “A Minecraft Movie,” Malgosha appears as a ruthless warlord instead of a tragic character. This suggests that the Arch-Illager might be a more layered and compelling character, which could potentially make the sequel surpass the original film. I am eagerly hoping that the Arch-Illager will take on the role of the main antagonist in the sequel to “A Minecraft Movie.” Given his intriguing backstory, he is an ideal candidate for such a significant role.
